Good option to reach the Medina. Family Friendly.
Pros: room size, staff nature, swimming pool, spa. Saad were able to accommodate our requests and was very friendly.
Cons: amenities in the room were not provided without asking multiple times. The live breakfast counter lady were looking at us like cops on asking more food.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for two nights. My overall experience was excellent and the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The area is safe and there are plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, modern and perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful city view. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The staff were always friendly, professional and ready to help with any request. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with fresh fruit, pastries and several hot options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily return in the future.🌟

Nice and grand, excellent location. A bit worn in the edges, but charming in a way. Good value!
Pros: Nice and grand hotel with very Morroccan style and decor. All the facilities of more expensive hotels and includes a large outdoor pool and sunbathing facilities, sports room, etc. Great location, close to the Medina.
Cons: This hotel is nice and grand, but everything is a bit worn down. It appears to be due for an extensive renovation, everything worked, it was just a bit worn in the edges, and this did not bother me at all.

Fabulous Stay
Pros: The hotel has a fabulous ambience. Situated quite close to many restaurants and cafe's. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great hotel if you are planning a trip to Marrakech. Value for money. Enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The curtains and sofa upholstery could do with change as they are worn out. Also a kettle to heat water in the rooms could be provided. We requested for kettles which was provided.

Excellent location, Spacious rooms and spacious palatial hotel, Friendly Staff,
Pros: Friendly reception. Extremely palatial property. Allowed early check in, paid for late check out but very amenable and open to late check out. Good pool. Safe area and entrance to access by walking and excellent location in Hivernage. Ten minutes from La Mamouniya and Royal Mansour. Excellent location, spacious rooms. Excellent washrooms, proper tiling and good clean tiled washrooms. Got to stay late in the lobby, welcoming staff, dining options were good and were reasonable. The look of the property was quite local which was refreshing.
Cons: Building needed slight refurbishment, and there was no kettle in the room. Some buttons in the lift were difficult to press, sheets needed a little more deep cleaning but were workable. Should have offered toothpaste rather than having to call room service. Security guard promised to negotiate taxi prices when hailing a cab but the taxi drivers then came up with different amounts, some communication or collusion, not sure.

Second time here, will definitely be a third!
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location with a 15 / 20 minite walk to the Medina. The breakfast is really nice and has lots of options. The food options for lunch and dinner are great, and very tasty. My husand has coeliac disease and his food must be gluten free, the staff go above and beyond to cater to his needs. We were here last year and will more than likely return next year!
Cons: Not a major problem for us, but the WiFi did go off and on a lot. It didn't bother us as we like to switch off from the Internet whilst on holidays!
