A perfect hotel for a city break

Pros: The staff are incredible in this hotel. Such warmth and genuine friendliness and willingness to help. Kootar at reception has a smile that would light up Las Vegas. The breakfast was very good. The pool was closed for maintenance. It is in the centre of the hotel, is very small but I would say during the summer months, it would be a great relief to hop in for a small paddle around and to cool off. Our room was spacious and really lovely. Air con works perfectly. It was very quiet so sleep came easily. A great hotel in a perfect location (15 min walk to the main big square right beside the medina.) A perfect hotel for a city break

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Good value at a good location.

Pros: The convenience of the location to the start of the Marakesh Matathon. Being able to avail of a late check out (free of charge) having competed in the Marathon.

Cons: I considered €15 to be expensive for the selection of food on offer for breakfast.

Warm welcomed luxury stay

Pros: The friendly staff, they answered all questions and challenges we had during our stay. Especially Kaoutar who speaks multiple languages was our dear help when we needed anything. Nice large rooms with comfortable and soft beds and a super located hotel.

Cons: Niks

Pros: The facilities, the presence of a personal egg chef at the breakfast, the gym and pool. Very comfortable bed.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Great location, 15 min drive from the airport and an easy 25 min walk into the center of the souks. Really fantastic staff, super friendly and warm. My room was also really lovely and very comfortable.

Pros: The staff was courteous and displayed excellent hospitality. Always ready to accomodate and facilitate. Replaced our room mini fridge within 20 mins of complaint. Good location as well. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants and city walls. Baby friendly as well. Would book again.

Cons: They can take steps to make it feel more homely. The room walls felt a bit empty and bland. Wall clocks, toothbrushes, garbage bins in the room would add to the experience.

We were well looked after in a great location

Pros: We had the warmest welcome and every staff member was helpful and so friendly The breakfast was fantastic and we also made use of the bar and spa facilities

Brilliant get away and great hotel

Pros: Staff were all lovely and attentive. Always extremely helpful with everything and willing to help. So welcoming as well and nothing was too much. We stayed in the suite with a baby, we had plenty of solace and support and really enjoyed our stay. Really love the location as the shops and cafes are next to it. The room was also really clean. Also just a 20 minute walk to Jema el Fna

Cons: At night we could smell sewers for a bit but I think that’s normal around Marrakech

Pros: Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for the main tourist attractions. It is close to the airport and train station.

Cons: Would have liked tea and coffee in the room.

Good hotel in new part of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina, but within walking distance of all sights

Pros: Staff and service are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Public areas are lovely.

Cons: We stayed in two different rooms. One a Privilege Room, the other a suite. Both were in need of an upgrade - didn’t match the standard of the public areas at all. However, despite this I would still recommend this hotel.
