Absolutely value for money

Pros: The facilities were great and the room was quite big.

Cons: It’s not enough close to the city centre.

Nice stay, old fashioned, overall OK

Pros: Nice beds, big room, terrace, safe location, near Menara Mall, Casino, Gueliz

Cons: They did not clean our room 1 of 2 days, no plates at breakfast, no information, wifi not well

Pros: Pool area and staff perfect .reception staff were very helpful. This was my 2nd time there and I hope to stay again

Cons: I'd like a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Also water. A fridge?

Very relaxing stay.

Pros: Excellent location. Very quiet area and nice hotel staff. There is also a nice garden and a sunny balcony.

Pros: The staff were exceptional. So professional and friendly. The pool and gardens are beautiful. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Coffee machine was passable. The air quality is much better here than in the medina. The call to prayers was fairly distant so didn’t disrupt my sleep. Taxis conveniently parked outside hotel, across the road, (remember to pay in cash and agree a price up front) but actually if you like walking, it’s only 30 mins to the medina.

Cons: Mainly just minor complaints. The WiFi was pretty weak in my room on the 5th floor so I was using data most of the time. The balcony doors didn’t close properly which caused the wind to howl through the cracks. The mattresses were fine but probably need replaced soon (I slept well anyway). Paintwork a little sloppy in places but overall fine. Would have been good to have a kettle in the room. And room service (I didn’t see menus or anything).

Quiet and confortable location in a large green garden 5 to 10 mn away from the city center and main interets ( Menara

Pros: Location, garden , Staff ( specially Kaoutar was all the time very nice and professional)

Cons: Taxi in the front are very expensive ( as soon as they know you are a foreigners they ask 5 times or more of the normal price )

Pros: Their staff at the reception and the restaurant is so welcoming and nice. My husband, our baby, and I stayed at this hotel for four days, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our baby. What truly touched us was how wonderful they were with him. they treated him with so much care and patience, and even gave him a free dinner, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Little moments like that made our stay feel personal and special. The environment was clean, relaxing and family-friendly, and every interaction with the staff left us smiling. You can really tell they care about their guests. We truly appreciated everything they did for us, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone — especially families traveling with little ones. We would absolutely stay here again!
