Pros: I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding everything was clean, well organized, and handled with great attention to detail. The entire team was friendly and professional.

First time

Pros: The staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet and felt peaceful. The location seemed quite central to everything with a 15 to 30 minute walk. Good exercise.

Cons: I thought the pool would be prepared for swimming, one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. But it was not prepared for swimming. The water was very cold. The toilet in my room was leaking water onto the floor. Didn't seem hygienic. The breakfast was not diverse.

Pros: It was a very good location. Hotel needs upgrading as it is very old. Breakfast was good but the same everyday can get boring.

All over is Averge in staff mr Usama was very good polite n helpful .

Pros: Location is very very good very close to center but nice clean area.

Cons: Breakfast n dinner dishes should be buffet every body have a choice.

A fantastic value for money hotel located a stones throw from Marrakesh centre.

Pros: The rooms are clean, warm and well equipped. The decor is dated yet has a charm to it. Location is fantastic, just a 6 minute walk to the main hub-bub of Marrakesh. Breakfast is tasty, filling, and very much Moroccan. Value for money was incredible here. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: If the in room TV had a few channels in non-Arabic languages including English, that would have made this hotel a 10/10.

Pros: Super friendly staff. Excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood. I don’t understand why people leave a lot of bad reviews. Yes at some point some things are morally outdated. But in my case everything was working, clean. The staff was there when needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Good hotel for a budget stay

Pros: Family room, balcony and air con. Nice restaurants nearby and not too far to travel into the centre of Marrakesh. Made use of the swimming pool. Nice breakfast included.

Cons: Is a little dated but good for a budget stay.

Pros: The staff were happy to help with any queries that we had, including allowing us to switch our dinner & lunch (always delicious), arranging a taxi to the airport after our stay and providing alternative food locations. Great value for money.
