Relaxing, stylish and great location

Pros: Beautiful gardens, pool and inside spaces. Great facilities like hammam and gym classes. Lovely staff.

Cons: Limited veggie options at the restaurants. If you have a pool facing room, there is some late night noise from casino and nightclub in the hotel.

Pros: Fantastic resort with access to all the palace facilities (amazing gym and spa, pool and restaurants), perfect location (quiet and close to the Medina), delicious breakfast and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Important to book a room with pool view rather than facing the street Overall great value for money

Pros: This is my to go hotel in Marrakech: close to airport and Medina and all other neighborhoods where we usually go. The staff is excellent and the old school decor is elegant without being flashy

Beautiful setting with wonderful staff and fabulous outdoor breakfasts

Pros: Beautiful grounds and spotless with five star helpful staff

Cons: Occasional smell of sewage and bathrooms are needing a refurb. chipped bath and loo seat and old tile grout etc.

Classic Grand Hotel Experience

Pros: Attentive, eloquent and helpful front desk. There is an expansive breakfast buffet (by local standards), and I was surprised with private (valet) parking. Limited parking space, so it may not be a guarantee. Tranquil setting. All aspects of this hotel seem to be in line with their price point, I would recommend it.

Cons: My one gripe is, the coffee is of very poor quality (instant coffee). But, in Morocco I have not yet encountered a hotel buffet with good quality coffee. A minor point, really.

Pros: The concierge especially Mohammed was always helpful which was lovely, All staff and room service was excellent highly recommend this stunning hotel

Cons: Could have a steam room/sauna facility included into the hotel and not the palace grounds which you pay additionally for to use
