Hotel Jadali & Spa

Wonderful and unforgettable yet unique experience.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very clean, safe and quiet, and only about 20-30mins walk to Medina depending on your pace. There are nice restaurants (rooftop as well) and cafes nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The receptionists, room service, restaurant staff and security are courteus very hospitable.

Cons: Our hotel room did not have air con.

Fab facility in super location with excellent staff.

Pros: Clean and very comfortable. SPA facilities and staff were super.

Cons: Could vary the breakfast menu a little more. But the staff in the restaurant were amazing and nothing was a problem.

Valentines 2026 stay

Pros: Staff very friendly, even went and got me some meds on Sunday morning. Very clean, organised. Good quality beds etc... breakfast fantastic

Cons: Not the hotel itself but the road next to the hotel can remain very loud during night, not used to it.

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful as we were quite unwell and they did everything to make our stay more comfortable. We loved our stay there and highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay in Marrakech!

Pros: We loved staying at Jadali Hotel, it really pleasantly surprised us for its perfect location, stylish interiors and kind staff. The hotel is perfectly positioned in a high end neighborhood with excellent restaurants and venues, just a ten minute walk from the Medina. It’s fairly new and well designed, and it’s not too big so you feel very well taken care of by the staff. Everyone is very kind, and in particular Otmane and Oumaima in reception are always smiling and helping out. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room is enormous, with a comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. Their SPA area is amazing, with a spectacular heated pool adjacent to the large marble hammam, where you can have wonderful treatments all day long until 10pm, which is perfect after a day out in Marrakech!

The staff makes the difference.

Pros: Staff is fantastic, room ok but bath towels very old and very used not in standard of 5 star hotel.breakfast very poor.

Cons: Towels very used and very old need to renovate.

Excellent stay!

Pros: Very comfortable and stylish hotel, with a wonderful spa, a very good breakfast and a warm welcome from the staff - we really enjoyed it.

Very relaxing, accessible and clean hotel

Pros: Central location if you live dinning out, sightseeing and nights out. We saved so much on cabs. The airport is also very close yet still quiet. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Our room was cleaned to high standards and filled with free evening snacks and water! The breakfast was delicious but not very diverse (included in our booking). Breakfast times were very flexible (until midday) it was nice to slow down…… We made friends with taxi guys who helped with taking us to nice places on a budget but most places were only a walking distance. Most of our activities were pre booked via booking.com Overall, we felt safe, at home and comfortable! We will definitely return

Amazing Marrakech!

Pros: The hotel location was amazing. The city center is nearby and this hotel provides you with an oasis of rest with a beautiful rooftop pool and view and Spa fecilities. The rooms are cleaned two times a day and the service staff was so kind:) Breakfast every morning was prepared with such care and was very nice.

Cons: Everything was good. Personally an open buffet breakfast is more my kind of thing, but ordering know with a fixed menu was also good.
