Riad Kaya

A lovely stay, would highly recommend!

Pros: Beautiful Riad, very clean and just 1 minute walk to Souks, even with this closeness the Riad was extremely quiet and relaxing. 5 min walk to main square. Close to nice bars and coffee shops. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and good shower. Staff were all amazing from reception, cleaning staff, chef and management, so kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was amazing each morning on the terrace. The staff made the room beautiful for our arrival with petals and flowers as the trip was to celebrate my partner recently turning 30. Small details like plug sockets also having USB and USBC ports next to the bed great too.

Cons: Not a complaint, but maybe a mirror out with the bathroom so if 2 people are getting ready at one time would be useful

Pros: Breakfast was excellent especially as they also catered for gluten free options. The locations was very close to all the souks and sights- walking distance. Good atmosphere.

Cons: There was a problem with no running hot water in the shower for the first 2 nights but they promptly got this fixed once we let them know.

Pros: From the beginning, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was small because it was the last one available when I booked online. Despite this the room was beautiful. It had everything we needed including a mini fridge. The breakfast was also delicious. They even made an effort in giving us an anniversary card which was so thoughtful.

Cons: I didn't like that the shower was so small.

Pros: Comfortable, clean room. Breakfast was great. Good location, very central and walkable. Would definitely stay again

Cons: There’s a coffee machine in the room. I think the coffee to use it should be free and as well as the tea rather than an extra charge.

Wonderful stay in the heart of the Medina

Pros: I had an amazing stay at Riad Kaya. The staff are absolutely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They take care of everything from organizing trips and activities to making sure all your expectations are met. You truly feel looked after from the very first moment. Special thanks to Ghizlane, who is simply irreplaceable. She literally saved my trip and was always there with a smile and a solution when we needed help. Thank you! 🙂 The riad is located right in the center of the Medina, yet thanks to its layout it is very quiet and peaceful. Everything happens around you shops, attractions, restaurants all within walking distance. Traditional Moroccan breakfasts are served, and they are definitely worth trying. Fresh, authentic, and delicious.

Great place for a short stay in the heart of Marrakesh’s Medina.

Pros: Quaint/traditional Marrakesh style property in the heart of the Medina. Stylish decor. Pleasant roof top. The staff were all very helpful & welcoming especially Ghislane, who was very friendly & courteous. The breakfast was very good too - I loved the Moroccan tea!

Cons: As Riads have a central open air area, it was slightly chilly in the morning at breakfast.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, with stunning interior design and thoughtful details throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakesh, right in the heart of the action, yet the riad layout makes it feel like a peaceful oasis. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel relaxed and personal.

Cons: There wasn’t much to fault, but if I had to mention one thing, the spa exterior initially looked a little unusual. That said, once inside it was an amazing surprise and one of the best hammam experiences I’ve ever had.

Pros: Pleasant staff, great location, lovely environment
