Royal Mansour Marrakech

An idyllic retreat.

Pros: The location was perfect, the hotel was faultless and exquisite, the service perfection, and fhe spa out of this world. Loved the soft drinks being included in our Riad. The hotel is also just 25 minutes from the airport. We were collected by the hotel's Bentley!

Cons: The food was a a little uninspiring. Breakfast was delicious. The staff did say though that if there was anything at all we wanted, they would make it happen!

Pros: Everything was perfect from the fast track service at the airport to the wonderful staff, the beautiful Riad and the delicious food. We had an amazing time and will recommend Royal Mansour to anyone. The hotel is not cheap but it is worth every penny.:)

Excellent stay!

Pros: Breakfast is definitely fit for a King! Moroccan dinner was exquisite! Hammam was the best I've experienced as the spa staff were warm and genuinely friendly and it was also different as we lay on a heated marble floor to be scrubbed. The indoor pool was also a delight to swim in. Overall it was a great experience as they met our requests. Kudos to the service team!

Cons: Not much entertainment at night, I guess we should get back to enjoy the huge villa. Got lost at times to get back to villa, more signages would be useful.

Pros: It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the beautiful Royal Mansour. The people working there were all extremely kind and helpful. Never have I experienced such a great service. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who can afford to stay there. The Fast track service at the airport they provided, the pick up with Bentley’s, the roomservice, the housekeeping. Everything was amazing. Thank you so much for making our week an experience we will never forget.

Staying at the Royal Mansour was a truly delightful experience.

Pros: It was an amazing experience to stay at this spectacular property. The hotel is elegant without being over the top. The ambiance is fantastic and completely relaxing. The vegetation - flowering trees and bushes, the sound of running water everywhere is mesmerizing. The Riyad could not be more exquisite provided one does not have a problem managing a lot of stairs. I would love to return!

Çok lüks bir deneyim

Pros: Çok şık, çok ince düşünülmüş bir otel. Servis ve olanaklar çok iyi

Cons: Tesisteki italyan restaurantı yeterli bilgi vermediği için yiyebileceğimizden fazla sipariş vermek zorunda kaldık, umduğumuzdan çok daha fazla para ödedik, ayrıca extralara dikkat etmek gerekli içmediğimiz yemediğimiz şeyleri eklemişler.

Sehr gut, allerdings mit Schwächen im Finish!

Pros: Privatsphäre und Ruhe, einzelne Mitarbeiter wie zum Beispiel Tarek in der Bar.

Cons: Wir wurden beim Check-In nicht wirklich über die Anlage informiert… Im italienischen Restaurant hat man sich lieber um Stammgäste gekümmert, als um uns. Wenn man uns denn gefragt hätte, ob es geschmeckt hat, hätten wir Feedback geben können, war aber nicht möglich. Neben der fehlenden Aufmerksamkeit war die Qualität des Essens nicht angemessen für den Anspruch und den Preis.

Eine grüne Oase mit perfektem Service!

Pros: Exklusiv eingerichtetes Riad, mit Blick von der Dachterrasse in den Garten und auf die Stadt. Mittendrin und trotzdem in einer Ruheoase. Ohne die sehr aufmerksamen Hotelmitarbeiter wäre dieser Ort nicht das was er heute darstellt. Die langfristige Investition in gutes Personal macht den wundervollen Ort einzigartig. Es war unser dritter Besuch und wir werden wiederkommen.

Cons: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!
