Nobu Hotel Marrakech

A fantastic hotel in a superb location with amazing service.

Pros: The rooftop pool and bar was fantastic. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons: The rooftop restaurant had very little available on the menu and we had to order food that was not our preference.

Pros: The property is beautiful. The location is quite exceptional as well. The staff is great , very welcoming , professional and very helpful. We had not had the chance to try the restaurant but we heard that the food was great and we will for sure try it on our next visit to Marrakesh…

Cons: The hotel has a trendy rooftop bar (beautiful bar by the way) but the music is quite loud till late in the night. So we were at the 3rd floor and could hear the music quite loudly. So not the place if you like quietness. We had problems with our key card. They moved us to another room but experience the same problem after 2 days. The key was not working at all and we could not access the room. But the technicians came straight away to try and fix the problem. We went to the spa as well …it was fine but they need to pay more attention to details. We have been to many beautiful spas around the world and are able to give a good feedback. They have not asked to fill in a form at arrival (which most spas do - medical questions, allergies, type of pressure, choice between different type of massage oils…), i was not given slippers, in the relaxation room my husband was not given a towel. And I was offered a tea but not him…. So small details but important ones….

Excellent hotel, great service nothing less from the Nobu brand. Shame about the late night DJ.

Pros: Very nice hotel indeed. Luxury setting and superb staff interaction and attention. Cool roof top bar great views.

Cons: Very expensive wine menu even by the glass, costly overall per night. Friday & Saturday evening the downstairs restaurant/bar has a DJ which goes on until 2am. You can hear the music base on the 2nd floor until it stops. Any light sleeper will be kept awake. It seems its mainly put on for the local community which makes me think why? I'm all up for a late drink and did so, but If so then cap it until say 12:30.... It's a hotel after all and the hotel guests wellbeing and experience should be priority.

Pros: we had a suite, was fantastic. staff couldn't help anymore than they did. we ate in the Nobu and rooftop restaurants which were fantastic.

Cons: spa was a bit disappointing, pool area wasn't that clean as jacuzzi/saunas were seperate by gender.

Pros: Everything about the hotel, the breakfast was amazing, the staff, rooftop

Excellent and enjoyable stay

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed eating at both the roof top and Nobu restaurants. The restaurants had great ambience, good food. The staff were very good and respectful had helpful suggestions.

Cons: Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to have food at breakfast labelled or explained with offer of traditional foods.

The hotel & restaurant lived up to the hype!

Pros: Very attentive staff - nothing was a problem for them. The breakfasts were 1st class. Our suite room was a great size. The Hotel was in a good situation, walkable to several tourist attractions (however, taxis are very plentiful in Marrakesh). The rooftop bar/restaurant has amazing views and an amazing atmosphere, with a DJ/music and dancers most nights it seems. Nobu restaurant has a crazy energy! Top food and service as you would expect. I wouldn't come here if you wanted a quiet hotel however, as the music is thumping til late at night. We would definitely come here again though.

Pros: Roof top pool, bar and restaurant are amazing but be aware that the music plays until after qam so this hotel is not recommended for those with children or wanting early nights

Cons: I do think the music should stop at midnight
