Pros: Breakfast was brilliant... more variety of food then at any hotel I have stayed at. Staff very courteous. Hotel facilities amazing. Rooms were of adequate size.

Cons: Wi-fi quality in the rooms at weekend was the only let down. I put this issue down to the large number of guests staying on those particular days.

Pros: Hotel was nice but I didn't sleep at all because I couldn't control the temperature of the room. The room has its controls but if the temperature is setup from centralised unit and room control is useless. I didn't sleep first night because it was boiling.

Cons: Temperature control.

Lovely hotel with a fab location

Pros: Good location, and in nice area. Property was maintained to a high standard

Cons: The only thing I can think of is there wasn’t enough sunbeds in the sun. There was a bit of a fight for them, and due to the beautiful manicured gardens, a lot of beds were in the shade for a lot of the day

Pros: Very nice hotel which was reasonably quiet for the time of the year. Friendly staff, good facilities and the food provided in the half-board option was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the Medina - there are plenty of taxi options if you prefer not to walk.

Cons: Being picky, the breakfast coffee wasn’t the best!

Pros: Everything was great, room was perfect and clean and all the staff weee so friendly and helpful, also the breakfast omg to much to pick from and all I tried was fantastic!!! Thank you to you all for a wonderful stay and will definitely come stay again …

Pros: The hotel is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Marrakesh and only twenty minutes walks from Medina. The facilities such as the swimming pool, restaurants, were very nice and the hotel staff very helpful.

Kids friendly and family friendly very enjoyable

Nice hotel closer to airport

Pros: Big hotel , nice parking, good coffee and breakfast. Perfect pools , especially the heated one. We had a superior double room that was spacious. 10 min for the airport 100 dh was the price for taxi called by reception (10€), but not noisy at night. Ac not working properly în our room 2407

Cons: AC was not working properly.

Overall we had an amazing stay and will deffo be returning
