Exceptional Service and a Tranquil Base for Exploring the Medina

Pros: Riad Rêves D'Orient & Spa offers a great location within the Medina — close to all the main sights, yet tucked away in a quieter area, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Service is very attentive and friendly, and the food served is very good outdoing many restaurants nearby. Family rooms are cozy but may feel a bit tight for families with older children;especially when carrying multiple suitcases

Cons: One downside is that bathroomswindow open onto the atrium, making them feel less private, as people can occasionally pass close by the window.\

Pros: The hotel is a Marocco traditional house in the Medina. Abdel -our host- was a really nice and helpful guy. Our room was clean, spacious and so beatiful with the Marocco design. The breakfast was nice and bellyful, I loved the Marocco tea.

Fantastic, stay - brilliant hospitality

Pros: The hospitality was absolutely fantastic, we were made to feel immediately at home. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unique and personal. Special shout-out to Mohammed and Abdo for catering to literally all of our needs. Both were happy to share their sense of knowledge of the city with us. Mohammed making sure we had breakfast on the last day getting up extra early just so we started the day right!

Cons: It was a little difficult to find - but it does add to the authenticity of the city.

Pros: Beautiful Riad with nice little pool and rooftop terrace. Very nice people!

Cons: They didn't give us the room we booked but another one in a neighbour riad. The room was nice but the location was not as perfect as the original one.

Pros: The hospitality is above none, Abdul and team made our family feel at home. The breakfast was great and food was nice authentic Moroccan cuisine made with care and love.

Cons: The Riad is well situated but the first time getting there is little challenging but after getting use to area it is easy to find.

Highly recommend this fab Riad with its location, hospitality and exceptional staff!

Pros: Property was in a great location. convenient to the souks and many sights. Breakfast was delicious and nice and peaceful on the rooftop terrace. We had booked dinner at the Riad after a long day tour and got back an hour late and Abdo was very understanding and had a delicious dinner. He goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and special. Extremely helpful with requests and tips. Communication was very easy.

Cons: could have had a bit more lighting.

Pros: Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux, service agréable. Très jolie chambre. Terrasse formidable pour se reposer entre deux balades.

Pros: Le Riad Rêves d’Orient où nous avons séjourné pendant trois nuits avec nos trois enfants a été un choix fantastique. Dès la réservation, le contact avec le personnel a été très positif. Ils ont commandé un taxi pour nous à l’aéroport, puis une personne du riad est venue nous chercher au point de dépose des taxis et nous a accompagnés jusqu’au riad. Abdel nous a accueillis avec un thé marocain. Le Riad est très propre, tout le personnel est discret et très serviable. Le ménage quotidien des chambres et le changement des serviettes étaient assurés. Nous avons également reçu de précieux conseils sur les lieux à visiter. Après une journée entière dans la médina, bruyante et fatigante, nous nous sentions calmes et en sécurité au Riad.
