Pros: It was clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was comfortable and lovely and the breakfast was nice.

Cons: The alley way leading to the property was a unkept and a bit grotty.

Warm, safe, really a place where we will return

Pros: Good location, close to the secret garden. Clean, amazing breakfast, kindest and most welcoming personnel. Room was small but very cosy.

Cons: The way to get to the hotel was not very well marked, but didn’t had problems in finding it. Not necessarily a bad point, more of a remark.

Pros: A real oasis of calm, comfortable room and fabulous roof terrace for relaxing. The staff are great and breakfast was tasty

Great service, lovely little riad, excellent value for money!

Pros: The location is great, super easy to find using google maps. The taxi won’t go inside the Medina but the directions to get to the riad are pretty straight forward. The staff was great, always helpful and accessible.

Cons: The road was undergoing some improvements so the smell of pain was strong. The bathroom products were given in refillable bottles, great for the environment not mo much for the dry skin and hair. The shower overflowed the first 2 days but they were always available to clean and dry the floor.

Perfect comfortable and safe stay

Pros: Our hosts were so wonderful and attentive to our needs. Due to several flight delays, we arrived at 1 a.m, to the Riad and the host welcomed us in at had breakfast ready for us when we woke up. This establishment is cash only, so pack euros to pay for your stay. Also do not come here if you’re used to staying at corporate hotels like the Marriott or the Courtyard. This is an authentic Riad ran by local Moroccan women. You’ll be staying in the heart of Marrakech and living outside your comfort zone. If you’re ready to experience the real Morocco this is it.

Cons: There’s a mold issue going on in the shower stall. ABC I know the ladies clean this place from top to bottom everyday. I think that the guests keep the bathroom or room shut up all day and it is causing mold in the shower stalls.

Pros: One of the hosts, Emaan, was excellent in making the stay amazing!

Cons: The location is pretty nestled within Medina. It takes roughly a 15 min walk to the square.

Really good and friendly staff

Pros: We stayed in the rooftop room and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute walk to the main square.

Cons: You didn’t have a key to let yourself in the main door. You had to rely on a member of staff letting you in. It advertised a gym, but not gym was present.

Pros: Everything was perfect to our surprise, we loved it, it was very clean
