Good placement for seeing the real Marrakesh.

Pros: Staff on site went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Pros: The location is good. Easy to get to the main square. Abudo is very helpful and made our stay feel like home. It is very difficult to find riads in the evenings and he called us and picked us up from the street.

Cons: Nothing. But if you are in the room on the top floor. Could be noise as some people might use the terrace in the late evening. But I mentioned it Abudo and he kindly helped to communicate with the guests and asked them to respect other guests so overall it wasn’t bad

Pros: Excellent customer service by all the staff namely Ismael, Abdel Ila, Nadia and Kauthar. We were made to feel very welcome and it was really as if were guests in the home. Its our first time in a Riad and it was really beautiful. The hospitality was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing! Really close to all the action of Marrakech.

Cons: Finding the hotel at first was tricky, especially in car. However the host was excellent and really helpful! A slight nit-pick, but some of the doors and furniture were quite creaky and noisy, especially when you're trying to sleep. Maybe this is also part of the Riad's authenticity and charm.

Great Riad and staff

Pros: Room was spacious and cleaned daily, breakfast was delicious, staff were very warm and hospitable and shared lots of information on things to do. Close to souks and Jemma el Fnna

Cons: Would have loved a view on the roof terrace but this is the nature of the riad. Some mornings the music was a tiny bit loud at breakfast but the owner turned down when I asked 🙏

Pros: The accommodation is very well located, a few minutes from the souk in a quiet little street. The accommodation is clean and has a wonderful interior, in traditional Moroccan style. The roof terrace is very pleasant in the morning and at sunset. The entire staff is very friendly, extremely helpful, kind and flexible. (On the day of our departure, our luggage was kept until the evening and we were even able to use the pool.) Upon our arrival, Izmael gave us good ideas and informed us about the possibilities and programs. And Abdel talked to us every day like a family member, so we learned a lot about Moroccan life, culture, people and of course the sights. Thank you for all the information and friendly conversations. We are very grateful for making our stay wonderful.

Hidden gem, good ambience, generous breakfast on the terrace

Pros: Its a hidden gem tucked away inside the medina. the ambience & the staff, the breakfast on the terrace

Cons: this is right inside the medina & no cars allowed. so its a long walk to get there like all others. but the staff were courteous on the way out to bring our luggage on the trolley.

Very cozy feels like home

Pros: We stay one night in this hotel it was amazing the location is good the breakfast delicious and completely the pool very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful specially Abdel I recommend it

Pros: Very welcoming. The cleanliness of the Riad. Fresh linen daily. Fresh towels daily. Room cleaned daily. Very friendly staff, escorted to the Riad and then to the taxi, helped with luggage. Really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely recommend it and revisit. Thank you to all at the Riad.
