Pros: The riad was amazing, especially for its location. It would have been tricky to find on my own, but the staff were incredibly helpful and met me upon arrival. I felt extremely well looked after and genuinely enjoyed my time there. Thank you so much.

Cons: I don’t usually write reviews, but I couldn’t resist sharing how wonderful my stay was. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to help me and make me feel completely at home. The Riad itself was beautiful and perfectly tucked away, but amongst the busy Medina to get around easily.

A truly wonderful Riad!

Pros: If I could give Riad Tizou more stars I would!! We very much enjoyed our time at Riad Tizou. The location is great, rooms exactly as described, fantastic traditional breakfast, but for us, the people and service is what made our stay so special. Everyone at the Riad is so friendly and welcoming + super helpful. Ridouan in particular made our stay so special. It was my birthday when we were in Marrakesh and he made sure it was celebrated! An amazing Riad and we will be back here when visiting Marrakesh in the future.

Excellent, recommended

Pros: Very friendly, helpful, informative staff and extremely hospitable. Authentic riad and the location is also great and safe. The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also great. In my opinion the pricing is reasonable, recommended riad.

Cons: Everything was great, if i really have to point out something I would say the room was quite small, but still this did not cause any inconvenience, overall nice and very clean room.

Would recommend.

Pros: Great location, kind staff, fast wifi, chill balcony on the top of the riad.

Cons: The breakfast was the same every morning without any variation.

Amazing stay and would definitely return!

Pros: Location was great, Riad was quiet. Rooms clean and comfortable with dressing gowns, shower products etc.

Cons: There wasn't anywhere to get a soft drink or tea/coffee. After being out all day, we wanted to be able to get a drink but there wasn't a facility to do so. The staff kindly offered to go out and get some but we didn't want to put them out!

Exceptional stay at Road Tizou!

Pros: Our stay at Road Tizou was truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and located in a peaceful area — perfect for relaxing after a day in the busy Medina. But what made our experience genuinely special was Ridouan. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. From arranging transport and giving helpful local tips, to preparing delicious breakfasts and always checking if we needed anything — his kindness and hospitality made us feel at home. If you’re coming to Marrakesh, we highly recommend staying at Road Tizou. And if you meet Ridouan, you’re lucky — he’s the heart of this place!

Amazing place to stay in Marrakech, can’t recommend it enough!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tizou! The riad and our room were absolutely beautiful. Before our arrival, they arranged a transfer from the airport and even came to meet us at the entrance of the Medina, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the vibrant spots and main attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The room and everything were very clean! Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options served on the rooftop terrace. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. Rachid and the entire team were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

Cons: We stayed at in a room at the ground floor and the wifi didn’t have the best reception there.

Overall I reccomed staying there, good price-quality ratio.

Pros: Riad is located 3 minutes from Cafe Bacha and Le Jardin Secret and in general its location is most definitely its biggest asset. Very nice, freshly prepared breakfast served at the rooftop. Staff super friendly and helpful. If you finished your stay but still want to leave the luggage and spend the rest of the day sightseeing, no problem! Riad is nicely renovated.

Cons: Riad could be cleaner. At first sight it seems pretty clean, with fresh sheets, towels changed every day and overall pleasant smell. But there’s a lot of dust in the room, for example on top of the shelves, spiderwebs in the corners or dirty AC which clearly hasnt been cleaned for quite a while. Shower in the room on the ground floor is broken, water leaks on the floor creating a small lake which then makes the room very humid and damp even when cleaned by the staff.

Pros: Pretty spot , nice fresh breakfast . Amazing workers
