Palais Khum

Pros: Very warm welcome from the team and we were made to feel at home straight away. We were well looked after by Omar and the team at breakfast and even learnt a few phrases in Arabic. The roof-top is a place of tranquility in the bustling Medina and a real essential! The experience was relaxed, the environment unique and felt like something very different and very much Marrakech.

A gorgeous stay in Marrakesh

Pros: The layout and spaces mean that sleeping guests and diners are not in the same area unless having lunch or dinner. The couples Hammam and massage was a great experience to enjoy- normally you cannot do this together. The design is tasteful. The rooftop terrace peaceful, the garden spaces and courtyards mean sunlight and birds can come in. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The suites are large and spacious compared to riads we have stayed before. Breakfast has a variety of omelettes to choose from. The market starts with independent shops up the road and makes it easy to get into the market, and around to the local sights, museums, exhibitions and restaurants.

Very pleasant

Pros: We stayed in 3 different riads during our stay in Marrakech and this was our favourite. As a family of 4 we took 1 suite and 1 junior suite. They were beautiful and spacious. This riad is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. Small details such as slippers in the rooms was appreciated. I enjoyed the authentic and tasteful decor. The location was very convenient, the riad was quiet, spacious and bright, would stay there again if I come back to Marrakech.

Cons: I had a look at the standard bedrooms, which I didn’t like much, so I would only recommend the suites.

The Best Traditional Boutique Hotel I have stayed in Marrakech!

Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. But what truly stood out was the level of kindness and hospitality from the staff from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were treated like family. A special thank you goes to Bouchra the hotel manager. She went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Her kindness made a real difference! The Breakfast at the Palais was good. We have to thank Anwar and his team for making our breakfast extra special every morning. It became something we all looked forward to. I highly recommend this traditional Moroccan hotel. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to truly experience the Moroccan culture, can’t wait to return.

Exceeded expectations

Pros: Food and cocktails were delicious, offer both Moroccan cuisine and Italian cuisine. Spa was lovely, great massage, clean pool, beautiful interior. Marjuan in particular was very friendly and helpful, made the stay very special

Perfect

Pros: The Palais Khum is located close to a number of great sites within Marrakesh. Is a really relaxing stay and the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are excellent and so friendly, making your stay perfect. I couldn’t recommend this stay more highly.

Cons: The staff at Palais Khum could not be more helpful if they tried. They could do any do anymore to make our stay a welcoming and relaxing stay. Can’t thanks them enough.

Exceptional from start to finish

Pros: From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough to help us in any way possible. From the management to the waiting on staff everyone was polite and courteous throughout our stay making us feel truly at home. The location was perfect whilst inside the medina it was like an oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle outside. The decor was stunning and the facilities brilliant particularly the onsite spa. We will definitely be recommending the riad to anyone wanting to visit Marrakech and we are already planning a return trip

Pros: The building is charming, really little paradise. Rooms are very spacious with enjoyable outside space (balcony or terraces) The staff was very kind and supporting our requests

Cons: Breakfast food offering could be better and richer (Maybe give more fresh vegetables options) There might be a good idea to have a gym, especially for guests staying 3/4 days is a must have

Pros: Gorgeous accommodation and the staff were super. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful place.

One of the best place in town

Pros: Unique corner of paradise in the medina. Nice touch of decor, space division and wellbeing. Rooms are very large and with beautiful space outside where to chill. The staff was really supportive: for our wedding anniversary we had flowers in the room and was really a nice touch.
