Fantastic stay in this beautiful accommodation

Pros: We loved everything: it is located in the centre of the old town, was impeccably clean throughout, the staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Everything. The staff, the place, the rooms. Locations was a little bit confusing, but otherwise everything was superlative. You need to try dinner because was something else. And the terrace?? Oh it was amazing The staff helped us a lot with everything we needed. They was very nice and kind.

Best stay in Morocco

Pros: The whole staff of the hotel was super nice and friendly, they were very hospitable and helped all they could. Ilijas take care of all our needs and explained a lot about morocco. He made the best tea in maroccco and we had a lot of tea in different areas, but this one was the best. I highly recommend eating there they have a very good chef who is cooking traditional moroccan food like your mother would cook it and you can choose in advance what you like to eat. Everything is cooked fresh and handmade. Breakfast was also very very good. Highly recommend staying there it was the best stay in morocco.

Cons: The riad was a little bit difficult to find at the first time but nothing you can't figure out. We found it also quite easily and in case you are worried they will pick you up.

Pros: Riad Enchanté is really well located in the Medina. It's small but very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff really went the extra mile to help us- we had a wedding until late at night and Ilyas helped us organise a taxi late at night and waited up for us to come back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Cons: Room was a little bit dark

Good Value for money, best for couples or groups without infants.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room was quite spacious and cleaned everyday.

Cons: Lack of bigger signs towards accomodation location. Since it is located within the Medina, if you have infants it might be difficult to navigate.

Charming like a magic carpet

Pros: Hicham, Khalid and the women at the Riad made our stay like we were in a 5 star hotel. They are like your 24/7 butlers and they are always ready to help and they ask you proactively if everything is okay and if you need anything else. i would book again if ever I would be back in Marrakech.

Pros: This place was amazing super convenient great locaton staff was excellent

Cons: My only negative was the beds are hard.

Nice and relaxing riad

Pros: We loved the staff, they were very attentive and gave us great tips. The breakfast was also amazing and the jacuzzi was nice after a long day of walking. Good central location.

Cons: There was a bit of a problem with the water plumbing in the bathroom but the staff did their best to resolve it in the best way. The reviews about the sound isolation were true but it seems to be the case everywhere and it wasn't that disturbing.

Amazing and fabulous stay in Raid Enchanté

Pros: Excellent experience for three days trip in Marrakech. Strategic location (closed to Bacha Coffe and Café Arabe), comfortable service and rooms, excellent staff, fresh and homemade breakfast changing everyday upon your preferences…and an amazing jacuzzi on the rooftop for relaxing during the stay.

Pros: The Riad was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner at the Riad was excellent
