Convenient location, helpful staff, and comfortable stay

Pros: We had a pleasant stay here. The location was very convenient, and the staff replied to our questions quickly before our arrival. They also kindly helped us with the transfer from the train station, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety.

Cons: The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi in our room was a bit patchy, and some sockets were very close to the pillow, which could be a potential hazard.

The lovely staff made the stay so enjoyable. The rooms are very comforable and spacious.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful roof terrace. Breakfast was very good.

Pros: Staff were very accommodating and so friendly , the Riad was charming and ornate and the breakfast were great. Location great too

Cons: Building work being carried out before was a bit noisy during the day.

I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel the authentic atmosphere of ancient Marrakech!

Pros: You really fall into a Scheherazade fairy tale! A unique place with a soul and a wonderful authentic atmosphere! Beautiful and numerous art details, a fabulous setting in the restaurants, unique views from the roof terraces of the entire medina and the Atlas Mountains! The staff is kind and always ready to help. Friendly and professional attitude! The owners always smile and pay attention to each guest! Very convenient location. The hotel also offers transfers to and from the airport and the train station. The rooms and apartments are clean and full of art objects. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. The chefs are good and the staff is professional!

Cons: I have no significant comments.

Pros: The location is amazing. Close enough to the Medina entrance to make taxis easy, but in the middle of everything. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The interiors are charming. Lovely sitting areas, nicely renovated rooms and beautiful rooftop terraces. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The staff were outstanding. I can’t fault anything.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

A beautiful Riad with lovely staff and communal space, room however could be improved with a few small details and house

Pros: The lobby and communal spaces are beautiful, and a great breakfast in a lovely space. The rooftop was a peaceful place to relax, and the room very spacious.

Cons: As was often the case with many places we stayed in Morocco, the communal spaces were beautiful but the rooms were a little shabby could be improved with small renovations. Some of the internal doors stuck, shower heads weren’t great, and the finishing and details were a bit worn or showing signs of wear. Housekeeping also barged into the room a few times without knocking assuming we weren’t in the room. We left our key at reception so housekeeping should only enter and service the room while we were out.

Pros: Superb location; great staff with a very warm welcome from Jean Claude and his team. Cosy seating area with an open fire.

Cons: We stayed in the Ksar suite which is a self contained Riad and open to the elements. It rained each day and so the experience was hampered - it felt chilly and damp going from our rooms to the main Riad. I think the Ksar suite would be fabulous in good weather so we were unlucky. The pillows are little hard for my liking but I improvised. The breakfast menu was great - dinner and snacks menu was a little more limited.

Excellent stay .

Pros: The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our holiday very memorable. I would definitely stay here again .

Cons: The electrics are outdated ( as they are in Marrakech) . Breakfast could be a little more varied but overall very nice .
