A wonderful place to relax in Marrakesh. Worth the luxury.

Pros: Beautiful oasis and a relaxing place to stay. Rooms are beautiful and nice places to sit on the gardens. The food was great exceptional. Staff with charming.

The best hotel in Marrakesh

Pros: It’s the perfect petit palace to stay. Near the medina but far enough away to relax in the fabulous pool gardens. It’s the service that really excels however.

Amazing time in Marrakech

Pros: My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Muhammed the Restaurant manager and Fatima, the Reception manager went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Delicious healthy food and a beautiful, clean suite. The beds were so comfortable. Every morning was a struggle to leave it. The staff are so respectful and helpful. We are definitely coming back! 😄

Cons: We went in January. It is cold and wet in Marrakech in January. Next time we are going in Spring. 😄

Relaxing and a beautiful calm away from the Medina

Pros: The room was beautiful, restaurant ambience was lovely and the green areas around with the beautiful sound of the birds.

Cons: There was no indoor pool which was noted on booking.com

Beautiful place, service could be better...

Pros: The place is very beautiful, cozy and well decorated. Our Suite was clean, spacious and the huge Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional ! the Chef took care of us in person and that was very much appreciated. Location is also very practical if you want to visit Marrakesh.

Cons: Once the reservation made, I wrote a note requesting some decoration of the suite, as it was my wife's Birthday. I also requested to book a massage and dinner. I didn't get any reply so I called the hotel and requested the same. The guy on the line confirmed they will do the necessary and confirmed also the dinner reservation. Once arrived, Nothing was arranged. No decoration, not a single attention and the dinner table was not booked !! Fortunately there were still tables available and we could dine in the hotel... The Hotel is very Charming but the service level, in general, could be better.

Pros: This was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in, and we are a couple who travel a lot. Everything was unique - it felt like heaven. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff took care of us to make us feel special, the atmosphere was like a fairy tale. The whole hotel smelled amazing with flowers. Thank you for making my anniversary so memorable. I would come back again and again!
