Wonderful Stay with Excellent Staff

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at El Andalous Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly with genuine smiles. Our initial room arrangement was quickly adjusted upon request, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast experience was excellent — the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help, again with pleasant smiles. The hotel was perfectly clean and very well maintained. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We are very happy and would gladly stay again.

Pros: I liked my room, it was big with nice views . Everything worked just fine for me

Cons: Close to bars and restaurants and short distance to shopping centres and quick taxi to the heart of Marrakech

Excellent location and very helpful staff

Pros: Location , staff and reasonably priced food. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Pool was maintained very well. It is quite dated but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and their restaurant has been very good an offer so much variety at not so expensive prices.

Cons: No kettle , ironing board or bottle of waters in the room. Window were not double glazed and can hear noise from corridors

Pros: The location was pleasant and peaceful and only 25 minute walk from the bustling Jemaa-el-Fna Square. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff courteous, smiley and helpful.

Cons: My room was a little cold at the start with it being a trip in the winter and it took a day of keeping the heating on to get the room temperature comfortable and cosy.

Pros: The rooms were charming and comfortable. The pool and the area were wonderful, with a games area also which my kids loved. The breakfast was great too, but we found it finished too early.
