Amazing hotel - coming back next year

Pros: Amazing all inclusive facilities with many things to do

Cons: Waters should be provided plenty in each room given that tap water is not drinkable. Also, providing some basics toys for kids would be amazing also

Pros: very good resort, very clean stayed at room 2306 and the cleaning lady was top, nice staff, variety of food, and nice facilities like spa, ping pong padel they even organized a birthday surprise for me, so thank you !

Lovely time spent.

Pros: Property equipped with loads of swimming pools, so gives an opportunity to be in public but still feel private. There’s loads of amusement/activities to engage in. So opportunity for a fully relaxing holiday and fun activity very much achievable. Stayed in room 2205 with a lovely balcony view, house keeping was on the ball also with room cleaning especially the lady named Khadija.

Pros: Fantastic stay ! Beautiful hotel, very clean, great facilities, and friendly staff. The shuttle bus into the city was really useful as you need it to get to the centre easily. Overall, a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Cons: Only small downside was the WiFi wasn’t great.

PICKALBOTROSE SUNGO HOTEL

Pros: Almost everything. Family forientated and vast majority of staff are super friendly, approachable and very helpful. There is access to an in-house nurse and a doctor who arrives within an hour if needed. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The waterpark is so much fun. Food wise, I loved it. Plenty of choice from different cuisines. I'm planning on bringing my expanded family over next time and there will be a next time.

Cons: Only thing I didn't like is the extortionate prices for items from the general shop in front of the resort. Not sure if both are connected business wise but do be warned, it's very expensive and the only shop nearby.
