Magical and romantic stay.
Pros: This an amazing hotel which the holiday equally amazing. The architecture of the hotel and the grounds were captivating . The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious decorated artfully and so comfortable . the food was great and the location was a great base to explore . We fell in love with this country it was an amazing holiday. The pool was lovely - a little cold but not busy. The hotel has pets and they added an extra pleasure to the stay.
Cons: That we had only stayed a week - I wish we had booked a longer stay. We had no complaints about anything , It's a super place .

Peaceful, relaxing & rejuvenating; Owner & Staff very welcoming; Sophia, Client Relations was superb
Pros: Breakfast, whilst sitting poolside was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always quick to raise a parasol next to the table, to offer shade, as needed. The choice of eggs was good, although it would have been nice to also be offered some cooked tomatoes & maybe some olives; as many of the pastries were too sweet for me taste! We ate at the hotel every evening, which is quite unusual, however, we enjoyed the peaceful setting. The food was good, although I would have liked a few more options of vegetables, to accompany the meat dishes. I think it would be useful for the kitchen to make sure they are always stocked up with 'ice cream', as this seemed to be in short supply on occasions!!
Cons: The Room was superb; a great size and our room had a spacious balcony, overlooking the gardens and pool. It would have been nice to have a couple of slightly more comfortable patio chairs on the balcony - maybe rattan - we would have definitely used our balcony more often, to relax and read, had the furniture been more comfortable. Only thing missing in the Room itself was a coffee machine - maybe a Nespresso, or similar. In a hotel of this calibre, it is usual to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Arty, original, authentic
Pros: If you love art you would adore this place. It has an impressive art collection everywhere, in every corner. I love the architecture, the furnishings, it's all a beautiful jewel. The gardens are well kept, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Our room could do with a refurbishment, especially the bathroom. Our daughter's room was newly refurbished so it was fine. It's an old hotel and I guess some areas need some TLC.

An Peaceful Oasis in Marrakesh 🌴
Pros: This accomodation was fabulous, it was luxurious, peaceful, friendly and authentic without being stuffy. The rooms were a really good size equipped with everything you would need. Location was not too far from all the action in The Medina. Employees seemed really relaxed and happy to help you with anything.
Cons: Leaving 😫

Impressive stay in Marrakesh
Pros: This is a real palace. The suites are distributed in a large garden, so it takes minutes to walk from our room to the main lobby. It even deserves half a day for the decorations in the main lobby. Overall quite a memorable accommodation for me. The location is away from the old city, quite yet not so convenient. I will highly recommend it as a second stay after one in the old city. That brings experience of two different worlds. The suite is incredibly spacious, with two large beds in two separate bedrooms, besides the living room. Moreover, one garden in front of the living room. and the other courtyard behind the bedroom! Breakfast is good, although not so much choice, but enough for me. I love this place and wish to come back again in the future.
Cons: The facilities are kind of out-of-date. Water in our bathroom did not flow down normally and the floor got wet after shower. The light in one of our bedrooms did not work. While these issues may be annoying for most people, I understand that a big renovation could break the old-day atmosphere of this palace, which is precious compared with the modern thing. Instead, I would suggest to regularly maintain the facilities.

A place I would love to come back to .
Pros: 1. Hospitality was top notch . 2. The peace and serenity . You don’t feel like leaving once you’re in there. Very big people and a very big garden so green and lush . 3. Room sizes are big and value for money .
Cons: The wardrobes inside are very old . Need a touch up .

Pros: Breakfast area by pool is lovely but had issues with lots of bees around the tables - so they could figure out a way to manage that better, we elected to sit inside on second day as it was an issue for our kids. Rooms were really large and plenty of storage. Comfortable beds. Staff friendly.
Cons: Just a few items of repair needed here and there, toilet flush handle not firmly attached to the wall, shower handle quite stiff to adjust. No light curtain - so we had to close full curtains of our room for any privacy as there were staff walking / gardeners working around the grounds near our ground floor room. Service could be slow. Pool area - needs a steady supply of pool towels. Ideally wanted a twin room for our children. There was no option to set the beds up like this but they did make up a sofa bed.
