Pros: Good location, two bathrooms with showers, terrace, air-conditioning
Cons: Owner was rude. No view from the terrace as completely closed. Second bedroom is at terrace and to go to the toilet you need to go outside which is very unpleasant if it's raining or cold. Kitchen facilities were not very clean. No shampoo, only shower gel.

Pros: The host Kamar was absolutely lovely and helpful! Highly recommended for a true experience, great food, very clean and nice place to stay.

Pros: It's a beautiful Riad for a very good price. The roof terrace is amazing!!
Cons: There are cameras at the front door and on the roof terrace. I understand it's for safety but it does feel a bit intrusive.

Very nice, big, modern apartment. Quiet neighbourhood
Pros: Modern apartment - one of the best I've seen in Morocco. And spacious - you'll have the whole place to yourself. You'll sleep well - you can block out all natural light from the bed room and you won't hear noise from the street. Location is good - only a 10 minute walk from the medina. Some nice cafes and restaurants only 5 minutes away Kamar was friendly and even waited up until 23:00 to allow me to do late check in
Cons: There's not really a lounge area and the only sofa is not so comfortable. The cleaning fee is a bit high and it's not so nice that they charge you 3 euros per day for wifi

Pros: Kamer was very nice, our communication was just not easy, cause i dont speak french. so sometimes we had misunderstandings. but she was nice. finding in the beginning was half easy, but its ok, if you know the little streets. the house is really nice, just sometimes with the motos it can be a bit noisy. but it was ok.
Cons: the gullet in front of the door that made noises

Lovely Riad
Pros: The Riad was stunning in a great location. It was very clean and Kamar was such a great person and very helpful and she made me feel very welcome. She is a real asset! Thank you for everything, I enjoyed my stay and i hope to come again in future .

Très bon séjour qu’une hâte repartir
Pros: Établissement très bien situé proche de tous les sites à visiter. Logement tout confort et la personne qui nous reçoit est au top
Cons: Le seul petit bémol mais c’est logique ce sont les constructions qui sont comme ça c’est que la pièce de vie n’est pas fermée sur l’extérieur ce qui fait que pour la période il y faisait un peu froid

Excellent séjour, à recommander.
Pros: Ce que j'ai aimé : - la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l'amabilité de la personne qui gère le riad, vraiment très pro et très sympa ; - la situation géographique, très bonne ; - le confort de la literie ; - le rapport qualité-prix, que j'ai trouvé (dans mon cas) très bon ; - l'aménagement global du lieu, agréable, indépendant, calme. Le propriétaire est très réactif et a été très efficace, la communication a été fluide, ce qui est très précieux et cela mérite d'être souligné. Je recommande donc, dans l'ensemble, ce logement. Vraiment, mention spéciale ++ pour la gestionnaire du riad.
Cons: Ce que j'ai moins apprécié : - le manque de lumière naturelle dans le salon, mais c'est un avis subjectif ; - le côté peut-être un peu simple et très utilitaire de l'aménagement (c'est un peu impersonnel), mais là encore, c'est un avis très subjectif. Néanmoins, je recommande fortement ce logement. Le rapport qualité-prix reste très bon au vu 1/ de la literie (confortable) ; 2/ du lieu (logement privatif) et 3/ de la situation géographique. Juste un détail : - je me suis organisé en conséquence car j'ai été prévenu avant, mais la Wifi à 3 € par jour, c'est quand même moyen... Je n'avais encore jamais vu ça !
