SOL Oasis Marrakech

Lovely hotel for a family with 4 couples and 2 children

Pros: Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Sara was superb in helping to organise a family birthday party . Ali in the dining room was very attentive. The entertainment staff were very good & Kira ensured we danced ! Overall staff were super.

Cons: Window looking out on waste ground that had rubbish discarded there

First class stay at Sol Oasis

Pros: Beautiful hotel with excellent staff & food, very clean & spacious rooms, comfie bed, special shout out to sarah, guest co-ordinator, looked after us & was always pleased to chat with us, Sam is a great asset to the entertainment team & always encouraged people to take part & have great fun.

Sara looked after us so well throughout our stay. All the staff were so friendly and attentive

Pros: I like the food. And the range of options and the food changed every meal.

Cons: Think the evening entertainment could be more relaxed. There was an Arabic night which was nice to watch but the staff really push you to get involved but we were happy just to sit and watch as had a busy day travelling.

Highly recommended all inclusive!

Pros: Beautifully designed and peaceful hotel with such friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very calm and spacious even though it was the school holidays. Great, extensive choice of food

Pros: Lovely combination of cuisines Stone baked pizza was exquisite Something for everyone - Football in the evening, FIFA games for teenagers, pool games at 3pm daily. So much! Kids club during the day for tots is a blessing in disguise for parents. Family friendly Friendly staff. Great hospitality overall.

Cons: Only off putting thing was pork being served albeit was isolated in the kitchen and clearly marked. Morroco is a Muslim country and it feels odd the kitchen staff had to handle pork. Granted most of the customers are non Muslims but would expect given religious laws it would be ok not to serve pork. As said, it was isolated and clearly marked. Also only served during breakfast.

Really lovely stay

Pros: Customer service is excellent! The staff learn the childrens names and will always say hello to them which is nice. The staff go above and beyond. All the staff at the hotel from the cleanet to the receptionist treats everyone respectfully regardless of race, ethnicity and gender. They work so hard and were brilliant.

Cons: Just the bathroom tiles which looks worn out and will make the rooms look even greater if changed. There was wifi issues.

Pros: Loved our stay at Sol Oasis, rooms and facilities all clean & tidy. Staff all friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations

Pros: This hotel is excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Set up is great. Services fabulous. We travelled as a family and I would highly recommend.

A wonderfully resort, suitable for couples & families with plenty of activities for all 10/10

Pros: Stunning property in a lovely quiet location. The staff were absolutely amazing and made this stay one to remember! Particular shout out to Hannah, Happiness, Mohsine & Sam!

Cons: It would be nice to see more meat options at dinner & lunch but this is a personal dietary preference. There was always a great selection of food & cuisines otherwise.
