Ennakhil Marrakech Hotel & SPA

Friendly staff, good food, service a bit below par.

Pros: Location was great for the conference I was attending.

Cons: Needed to use cash for all transactions.

Pros: The property was first class, the staff was very polite and welcoming. Before, asking for anything the was already anticipating.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect it’s deserved the 5 stars level

Pros: Everything was great,a quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech if you need some good quality sleep, the room was clean with a confortable bed.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Alot of value for your money, but the food could be better.

Pros: Helpful and polite staff, especially in the reception and the bellhop

Cons: Ordered lunch twice. The club sandwich really needs some refining. The pizza actually tasted quite nice, but the meat on top was raw, so we had the staff grill the pizza until done.

Pros: Nice, clean, well laid out. All rooms have a pool view which is really good.

Cons: Very far from shops and other leisure activities. Spa facilities should have been part of the package - spa facilities could be better.

The Hotel is excellent, some of the personnel needs training

Pros: The Rececpion person - Isham - very thoughtfull, welcoming and helpful. Excellent recommendation for dinner in town. The Swimming Pool is absolutely fantastic The room was big and well equipped Bed was great

Cons: The 1st day person that walked us to our room, but gave up half way and pointed us to the rest of the way, all this without offering to carry the luggage The 1st breakfast was very soon, right after opening, and there wasn't too many buffet options. 2nd breakfast was better The restaurant manager (?) that informed wrongly about dinner price on the phone, corrected to double value when we were already served, and did care to admit he had informed a lower price Only one local beer option
