Very friendly stay! Great staff and traditional facilities

Pros: The staff was really friendly. Restaurant also quiet nice, with good local food. The facilities are traditional. Different if you compare with european standard but very nice for the local context.

Cons: Internet in the room was not consistent. Location was good for me because I went to see a football match in the stadium nearby but for those who travel to see the city is not so central.

Really authentic property with wonderful staff who make you feel part of the family.

Pros: Wonderful atmosphere, huge bedroom with private terrace. All staff were exceptional. Food very good if a bit limited.

Cons: The plumbing was a bit suspect and the property needs perhaps a refresh. The distance to the city is a bit limiting; you need to really plan your day.

Strongly I recommend if you want to fully rest and relax

Pros: Pool cleaned on daily bases and it was spot on. Crystal clean water. In October temperature was perfect when outside was 33 deg. Breakfast simple, but big enough and fulfilling till lunch. Really good home made dinner dishes. For cats lover, this is right place

Cons: Place is a little remote, but hotel provide free shuttle to Marrakech,

Pros: Lovely chill out hotel with very accommodating friendly staff..food good and massage excellent.

Cons: Not anywhere to walk round or do close to hotel.

Old style rustic opulence! Lovely short stay

Pros: Stunning renovation. Authentic. So quiet & calm. Great pool. Big rooms & lots of outdoor relaxation spots to choose from. It’s a few km out of city & on edge of quiet village…it’s a place for a few days of total relaxing!

Cons: Intermittent hot water. Limited eating options

Beautifully crafted hotel

Pros: Lovely well thought out design- id like to meet the architect & interior designer. Everything you need on site. Slightly difficult to find as another hotel in town with same name.

Cons: Nothing to dislike though the manager got slightly panicky & overwhelmed trying to communicate with clients & staff

Beautiful Marrakech stay!

Pros: Really wonderful stay for our first time to Marrakech! We were happy to be out of the chaos of the city- the road felt like a sanctuary. Delicious food and lovely wait staff. The shuttle to town was very helpful as well!

5 Gold stars and that doesn't do this place justice! OUTSTANDING hotel.

Pros: CARAVAN SERAI is my favourite place to visit and spend time, the hotel facilities are exceptional, the staff are out of the world outstanding, this hotel deserves 5 golden stars and more. Have stayed here many years now and every time the experience has been even better. highly recommend this hotel. By far the greatest place to stay in Marrakesh.

Cons: nothing to not like this place is the greatest get away.

It exceeded my expectations.

Pros: - I loved our spacious room (a triple suite which was simply yet stunning decorated). - The entire property of the hotel is wonderful - a mix of rustic luxury, with a lovely garden (with Bougainvillea flowers, cats, turtles, pigeons), a nice pool (although the weather in late February did not allow swimming), and beautiful local wood decorations. It is heaven compared to the chaos in central Marrakech. - The food menu is short but all food is very tasty (tajine with prunes and beef was my favorite and my daughter loved the apple pie and the crepes at breakfast). - The hammam experience is a must. - Special thanks to the entire staff! We enjoyed our talks and learned many things about Moroccan life from our chats. Keep up the good work!

Cons: - As a woman, at the beginning I felt a bit unsafe walking in the area surrounding the hotel. But there were no incidents whatsoever. It was a Moroccan experience in itself. - We would have enjoyed more vegetables in the menu, especially at breakfast. But this is only a personal choice; the breakfast was generous and very tasty (although too many sweets for our taste).

Stepping into a fairytale

Pros: This was our first night in Morocco and the place was absolutely breathtaking. We arrived in the dark and it just looked like a fairytale. It is very beautifully decorated. We were also very happy to have a good meal in this place where there is nothing around. We were very curious about the rest of the rooms and the manager took the time to show us some of them the next morning. All absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly as well. We had a great stay here and would definately recommend it for a beautiful experience.

Cons: Our room was on the side of the road so sometimes you would hear a motorbike or a car passing by.
