Super good if you get a deal on the price!

Pros: We paid 115€ a night and for that price I think the food and amenities were great! I would not pay more though. Everything was big and grand. Food was basic buffet food with some changes everyday - options were plentiful. Animation team was great. I loved the spa and the people who worked there. The spa prices were reasonable too.

Cons: Everything was required to be paid with cash. There was an ATM at the property but the exchange rate was bad. Some uncleanliness in rooms. I experienced the service to be not up to par with the 4 stars and all inclusive experience.

Super All Inclusive Resort

Pros: As a solo traveller and a tourism operator myself, my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. The resort was clean, the staff were super friendly and the food was excellent, with a wide choice for all tastes. I think some of the past reviews on the subject of food were a bit harsh. Brilliant place for families to go I would say, a ton of arranged activities, kids club and a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds. Hotel Management visible on a daily basis and seem to be taking great care of the place.

Cons: Location is a little far out, 20 minutes into the centre, but a shuttle running almost every hour on every day, and actually it was a relaxing environment. I didn't mind being a bit out - Not in the middle if hustle and bustle if you didn't want it. Only downside was that the reception operation was not as slick as the other departments., I had to change my booking, called 7 times, wasn't sure that my room was held for me as I was 2 days late in the end - but no reply, nor from booking.com!!! - and on arrival my greeting was a little low key. I got handed over to another person as the first person couldn't find my booking. The staff weren't rude, but were no where near as friendly as everyone else.

Pros: Everything. The staff were so nice and sang happy birthday and brought a cake for me and made it special. The buffet was food. I also loved the entertainment room with the Dj for adults

Fabulous week

Pros: Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They booked us taxis into the city...highly recommended pre booking Marjorelle Gardens. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the trips we booked at reception were great. The hot air balloon was fabulous and not far from hotel. The spa was worth a visit especially on a rainy day! We had the Hammam which meant we could use the sauna and heated pool which was really warm.Gardens were well maintained.

Cons: Food was plentiful..some strange flavours..Not always hot but we always found something we enjoyed..even if it was the just the bread. Too noisy with the entertainment...very enthusiastic but turn the volume down!

Perfect getaway location for a short stay in the sun. Good base for a few days if want to relax by main pool etc. A bit

Pros: Beautiful pool area and spa. Although spa entrance is extra. Away from main city if want to avoid the crowds. Shuttle service. Good all-inclusive food options mainly.

Cons: Rooms & bathrooms little tired/dated. Food at lunch/pool snack bar awful. Cold/dried up nuggets and dry chicken. Not many options for young or fussy children. Use main food hall for all meals. Didn’t find staff particularly warm or friendly.

Very pleasant and relaxing winter break.

Pros: The rooms were fabulous and we really enjoyed the food - excellent range of traditional dishes and the vegetarian in our party was extremely well catered for. The shuttle bus was very convenient and the views of the mountains were lovely.

Cons: The entertainment in the evening was too loud for the relatively small January crowd. I would suggest more relaxing music in earlier evening. However, the loud music was not an issue from our bedrooms at all.

A lovely relaxing hotel

Pros: A lovely hotel to relax in and set away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. A shuttle bus could take us in the centre of the city if we needed to go - various times during the day/evening. This was a nominal cost and well worth it.

Cons: The mattresses were hard but the rooms were lovely so we still enjoyed our stay.
