Great hotel with excellent service

Pros: We stayed at the hotel at the end of February and absolutely loved it. The staff was wonderful, and I especially want to mention Hiba - she was fantastic. She was eager to help with anything we brought up, and she always found a solution. The hotel itself is great ad had everything we needed. The food was excellent ( though I would skip the off-site restaurants ). You definitely won´t go hungry ! If you happen to miss lunch, there is a backup plan - the afternoon restaurant is open with sandwiches, pastries and more. Highly recommended - we will definitely return on our next visit.

Cons: The off-site restaurants. If you plan to play golf, bring your own clubs - the rental ones aren´t great.

Pros: Great staff, great food presentation at the restaurant, rooms very comfortable. Lovely pools too. Great bus service into and from the city centre

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like really. The food could be a little spicier! But I didn't mind as there was always charisma.

Pros: It was a good combination of golf and relaxation. Our room was excellent and the personnel super. Special greetings to Hiba!

Cons: It was of course a bit negative, that on The Italian restaurant there eas not possible to have wine during the dinner.

Pros: My partner had arranged the trip as a surprise for my birthday. We met a member of staff, Hiba, upon arrival who was immediately welcoming and helpful. Hiba went the extra mile by also arranging for a cake and decorations in my room. It was completely unexpected and such a nice gesture. She also repeatedly checked in on us throughout the stay which again showed her dedication to making sure we had a great stay. The room was amazing. Great size, clean, good amenities and a balcony with a good view. The staff were great throughout the hotel and were always on hand if we had any questions or needs The entertainment was also good. Plenty of activities to do throughout the day, the pools were pristine and the evening events were fun (even if cheesy!)

Cons: The food was a bit hit and miss. The quality jumped from very good to sometimes being tasteless. The barbeque food was consistently high quality and the tagines were always good. The desserts were typical of most all inclusive places, they were cheap and ranged from above average to poor.

Pros: The staff helped with every question we had from day one. Karima was very friendly with telling us where all the facilities were located and also upgrading us on arrival. 10/10

Pros: The animation team was great and a real highlight of my stay. My room was so nice and I felt very safe in the hotel.

Pros: The Hotel was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly, n fact the staff were probably some of the best we have encountered on our many holidays. Especially pleasing and unexpected was the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Cons: The walk to the spa was a little bit run down but hopefully the ongoing renovation work will improve this.
