excellent service and facilities

Pros: the staff here were the stars of the show. Jamal,Hicham, Youssef, Noureedione, Hafida and all the team made my trip. t was like be at home away from home. bravo to all the team

Pros: Room was lovely, staff super friendly, pools were a really good size, food options were great. The airport transfers and bus to the markets was easy to arrange. Their staff are credits to them. Khalid in the restaurant made us feel like we had our own waiter and the ladies and gentleman on the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. c'était un service magnifique!!

Cons: They could have supplied a map of where everything was. We didn’t realise a few things until we’d spoken to other guests. A bit of investment on their marketing and they would be exceptional!

Pros: This hotel is a true gem where everything and I truly mean everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making me feel not just like a guest, but like family. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort I could possibly need. From the bedding to the calming ambiance, it felt like a peaceful retreat. Housekeeping was impeccable every single day. Thank you for your service, I will definitely come back again!!!

Good place for family stay

Pros: The hotel buildings and gardens are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the reception team is very friendly. Every night, there is an activity for children and families. The food was good. Staff are friendly, very fast responsive

Cons: The selection of non-alcoholic beverages is limited, with no mocktails or quality juices. There is ongoing construction at the hotel, and some buildings are closed.

Pros: Very attentive! This was a little escape so we stayed in the hotel for most of it. All staff were very attentive! Loved the fruit bowl on arrival and one of the staff members always topping up my nespresso pods

A lush oasis

Pros: Beautiful setting in a calm oasis The rooms are beautifully decorated and high quality The staff are incredibly helpful and kind

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement, Nourdine pour son accueil, professionalisme et disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Bravo au personnel pour leur travail de qualité. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors de notre prochain séjour a Marrakech.
