Excellent Experience

Pros: The staff was very professional, especially mister Karim. The hôtel is in a good location, and the rooms were comfortable, although they lack a few items :)

It was honestly such a lovely experience staying there and I'd definitely love to come back!

Pros: Excellent service, amazing food and kept clean the whole time. Very welcoming staff, they would get us what we wanted ASAP which was great. Mashallah. Amazing pool, very big.

Pros: Excellent staff, impeccable warm service, cleanliness, great variety at breakfast, excellent food. Marvellous city, and architecture, nice people, excellent weather, looking forward to see more next time.

Cons: Accommodation confirmation from the travel agency never came, though I made 4 expensive telephone remindings. I recommend, do the booking from the official cite of the hotel.

A real gem and treasure of a hotel. Close to central train station by taxi . Staff very polite and professional Al

Pros: Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Great shower. Amazing breakfast. Very friendly professional staff. Great selection of food. Amazing pool area and lovely bar to relax in. Great shaded areas to relax and escape heat. Beautifully decorated Moroccan style.

Cons: Nothing bad. All good. Could easily have stayed here several nights as hotel so relaxing and great facilities.

Pros: Happy peaceful and clean environment. Friendly staff could communicate with us in English though the local languages are Arabic and French. Free breakfast was warm fresh and tasty.

Calm and relaxing

Pros: Check-in was quick and easy. Kerim in reception was so helpful and friendly. Always did his best to help us with our questions. Our special thanks to him! Pool area is nice. Bed was nice. Location was nice, more calm it’s more locals here but still not too far from city. There is also cafes and restaurants near (5-10min walk from hotel) but it’s more local vibe and we enjoyed it.

Cons: Bathroom needs renovation.
