Pros: Location is really 10/10! The service is amazing !! All the people were super nice !

Cons: It’s normal in morroco but the walls were super thin … the bathroom is a bit dirty and old

Pros: Excellent stay near the Medina We had a wonderful experience here. The location is perfect for foodies (so many restaurants nearby!) and very convenient for exploring the Medina on foot. ​The Room: We were assigned a room on the first floor and were initially worried about noise, but it was perfectly quiet. The bed was comfortable and the blackout blinds worked perfectly. The Service: The staff truly made the trip—they were fantastic and welcoming. The Food: Breakfast was a great start to every day. ​All in all, a great value and we would definitely return.

Cons: Communication with staff, many misunderstandings but resolved at the end with no hardship.

Pros: Had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and facilities were very clean, the beds were comfortable with great amenities, and the location was very convenient. Excellent value for the price — highly recommended!

Pros: really brilliant location - a walk away from the medina and souks and a short walk to the restaurants and shops in modern town . Spotlessly clean hotel with helpful friendly staff - The lovely tall gentleman on the door is fantastic, helpful and always had a smile and the front desk allowed us to have a late check out - Brilliant value for money - we will stay there again. Pros: The breakfast is awesome. Also the rooftop terrace with pool is great.

Pros: Lovely hotel in such a good area, very close to the newer part of the city and not too far to walk to get into the madenas! Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Cons: Our shower leaked out into the room and unfortunately became very slippery onto the tiles. The rooftop is currently undergoing building works, perhaps this could have been communicated to us when booking. Otherwise not much to not like!

Great for alone travellers - I felt safe

Pros: The hotel was great and very pleasant compared to the area! Breakfast was also great. The room had a large shower and a safe which was all I really wanted! Each morning the room was cleaned and had gifts left - a fruit basket and the next day chocolate

Cons: The surrounding area / view out of the window is a building site!

Pros: I liked room size , view was good , relax area at roof top , breakfast was very good , nice location , close to Botanique Garden and airport bus Nr 19 stop / ticket 3 eur /, many restaurant around ,walking distance to Medina and train station. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended
