Pros: I had a great experience overall. I chose the transfer the hotel provided from the airport (150 dirham), everything was perfect. The communication with the hotel was great, all the stuff was friendly and polite, the breakfast had many options to choose from. My room was spacious and clean. Great location: you could walk to Medina (25 mins) or take a taxi for 5 mins (50 dirham)

Perfect Hotel in every way!

Pros: We stayed at Stars hotel and spa for 3 days and it was superb in every way! We loved it. We had already been in Marrakesh for a few nights but really loved the location of this hotel. Huge room and Jacuzzi and a big powerful shower! Roof top pool was perfect even if a bit cold! Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. Staff were so polite and always smiling at the front desk! Thank you so much to you all.

Very good hotel : friendly, welcoming staff and clean, spacy rooms

Pros: Very nice , beautiful location. Reception team was very kind and we got the room available right up front, which was very helpful, also the luggage could stay the whole day at the hotel while we were enjoying our last day. Very good breakfast buffet and highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Marrakech ! Clean, big room with terras and very friendly overall I'm always reluctant when seeing comments on Booking or other websites, but this one is my own experience,. Continue the good job !

Cons: nothing, except that I had to leave to go home, I would have preferred to stay ;-)

Pros: Great hotel , centrally located . Easy walk to the city centre and neighbouring shopping centre or attractions such as Majorelle garden, spotless hotel, with lovely staff throughout . Nice mall swimming pool on rooftop Nice balcony Lovely spa.

Cons: Noise from the street .

Pros: Lovely reception and restaurant area. Great pool and terrace. Brilliant sized rooms and kept very clean. Decent selection for breakfast.

Cons: A few areas in the rooms just needed a bit of TLC like poorly replaced bathroom tiles, stained toilet seat, damaged rim of shower.

Very good for the price, clean and staff is lovely.

Pros: Clean, neat and convenient, very basic but spacious room - all you need for a night or a few. Special thanks to Hasna who was really helpful in rebooking my stay!

Cons: There was a bit of a drama in the morning with a shuttle to the airport but it was quickly resolved. TV wasn’t working.
