Great value for money.

Pros: The facilities were excellent value for money. Only a few minutes walk from the market square.

Cons: There is no car access to the property. The stairs are narrow and you need to watch your head. This is pretty usual for the Riads in this area.

Comfortable stay in the center of Marrakech

Pros: This is a great place to stay in Marrakech on a budget. The rooms are great and enough for a short stay. The contact with the hotel is perfect, and Youssef, owner of the place was really caring, let us check-in after hours, brang us water and took us to taxi on our way back home at night for our safety, even though it wasn’t his duty. The rooftop offers amazing views on the city skyline so that’s also great and the location is amazing.

Cons: The room could need a small refreshment, the toilet lid wasn’t joined and one of the contact was a little bit outside of the wall but it still worked so no problem

Pros: The property is well located, just two minutes from Jamaa el-Fnaa. The Riad is in great condition, with a very cute rooftop on it. But this were not the best things at all, the best of it was the people who works here by far. Ayoub was from the beginning our confident in the city, he helped us get all the needed things done and was super friendly about everything. We made a very cool bond with him and the rest of the stuff, who were super friendly every morning and assured everything went smoothly. When you come to Marrakech, you’ll see why the best of it all is the people and its unique personality. PD: Ayoub should get a raise, he’s also the Moroccan Rels B, anyone who meets him will approve.

Cons: Everything was very good according to our opinion.

Pros: The room was the perfect size, in a great location and the staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Ayoub who always catered to us and helped with all our bookings along with being really nice and friendly.

Pros: Such a brilliant Riad! Five lads in their 20s, absolutely perfect for us! We paid for airport transfer to Riad, someone was waiting for us outside airport and dropped us off, another guy walked us to the Riad as it isn’t accessible by car. Would recommend booking transfer for ease of getting there. Riad booked us ouzoud waterfalls and quad biking and was all sorted for us, we didn’t have to do anything to sort it. Ayoud is amazing, sorted everything for us, any questions he answered and all recommendations were brilliant! Thank you!

Cons: Only thing was quad biking and camel riding should’ve been combined but we never got the camel riding…. Shame but didn’t matter!

Pros: Super nice and kind staff! They were very helpful and understanding!

Pros: The breakfast was always more than enough, perfectly prepared and presented. Extra wishes were accounted for within 24 hours.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was good, in particular the personnel, who were ready to satisfy every wish.

Overall our stay in Riad 52 was great, its affordable and you get a good service.

Pros: The place is near to the city square and a lot of accessible restaurants and close to places to travel. The staff is very accommodating and always checking up on us if we do need something.

Pros: Mejor de lo que esperaba. Con baño limpio y colchones bien. No había ruido exterior. Nos perdimos a nuestra llegada a media noche y nos fueron a buscar. El desayuno sencillo pero bien.

Cons: Las almohadas eran muy grandes.
