Lovely staff, good location.

Pros: The location is good. Not far away from gueliz and the Medina in a calm area. The staff was always so super friendly and helpful! Pool is nice, breakfast as well. Rooms have a good size.

Cons: It was noisy in the room, you could hear the street& other rooms. The rooms were not super clean, but it was okay. The hotel is luxurious, but a few years old which you can see in the rooms.

Pros: Quiet location compared to the medina crazyness. Big, clean room. Nice breakfast, nice outdoor pool.

Cons: Spa costs extra, no room cleaning the day before i left.

Amazing!!

Pros: Mr Yousef was the kindest, nicest man. I was sick and he got me specific tea for my stomach as well as asked the chefs to make me rice so that it was easy on my stomach. Could not fault the staff they were all amazing!

Pros: Staff verry friendly, I don’t remember all the names , Ouissal, Mariam and all the others, but they try to make you welcome and try to help you 🙏🏼

Cons: The facilities need to be fixed a little , like all the ladders and protections from swiming pool, the balconies in the rooms tend to be too used also, little details miss for a 5 stars hotel, but I had a great stay , I will not complain ❤️

Pros: Superb Stop to visit Marrakech. As a regular for so many years, the hotel being through some renovation, very nice touches. Nice to see some familiar staff, still doing their best to accommodate. Special thanks to Ouissame...i beleive the young lady in the reception, very professional...keep it up. Heading back on the 2nd Feb....can wait... All the best to Mogador team....keep it up.
