Lovely stay with wonderful staff

Pros: The staff are amazing at this hotel, so polite and nothing is too much trouble. Food was good and wine lovely. Beautiful grounds and heated pools. No sunbed wars and entertainment was varied.

Cons: Quite noisy to be expected being so central. Would have preferred a closed bathroom, it was more open plan to the bedroom with a separate toilet. No air conditioning in the winter months which meant the room got really warm during the night. Had to sleep with the balcony door open for air which meant outside noise. No bugs thankfully!

Pros: Everything was lovely food ,staff and location ,spotless clean ,most comfortable bed.

Cons: Our room was over a bar that music was blaring till 12 at night ,and on clean up next morn was early ,my only fault of hotel .

Short break in the heat of Marrakech

Pros: Great location in the heart of Morocco with good food and entertainment and friendly staff

Cons: Booked a jacuzzi room but had problems with the jacuzzi that weren’t resolved

Pros: Food was really nice, we love it, especially Moroccan sweets. Location is very close to city center with the market and all the attractions. Territory of the hotel is big and gym is quite good, for me personally I missed just a few exercise machines.

Cons: Weather was a disaster in January for us, as locals said the coldest days of the year (+1 during the night). After we left it returned to +18...+20 again:( But the hotel couldn't to do nothing with it for sure:)

Overall great stay

Pros: Location is excellent, staff are amazing, facilities are great and food was lovely

Cons: Our original room was under the Sky bar and the noise was loud until the early hours, the hotel did move us but this should not be an issue

This was our second time here, and it was just as nice as we remembered, would happily return again.

Pros: The food in particular was very good, all fresh and beautifully presented. The other big positive was the staff, who seemed to genuinely enjoy being with guests. Location was also excellent, just a short walk from the main square, and an easy taxi ride from the airport.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We had a jacuzzi room, which in my opinion is one of the best options if you’re looking for a relaxing stay, especially during a colder period. Although the pools are heated, in January, for example, it’s not warm enough outside to really enjoy swimming, so the jacuzzi is a great alternative. The room is heated, quite spacious, and comfortable. The food was very good and varied, with both local and international dishes, as well as themed dinners. Other strong points are the beautiful garden, the location, and the very friendly staff.

Cons: The loud music after 9 p.m. untill midnight

Cons: only slight gripe would be the outlook from our first floor room, could have been better but a very minor issue and didn't detract from shat was a very good stay, we will return next year.
