Wonderful hotel, would stay again.

Pros: The staff are all exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. All professional and very welcoming. We were traveling with a 2 year old and at some point I ran of nappies. My husband was at a work conference at the time and I wasnt comfortable going to supermarket myself as I noticed crossing the road can be quite tricky at times specially with a toddler. The reception and door man staff offered to buy the nappies for me and the door man visited several shops to try and obtain the exact ones I needed. Always going above and beyond! Rooms are clean and spacious, food was wonderful. Kids club was exceptional, huge space with variety of activities, toys and clean bathrooms.

Cons: Minor points really - sometimes water wouldnt be replenished in our room, some of the laundry wasnt washed properly and still smelled though they quickly rectified this once we brought it to thier attention.

Pros: I got a really lovely birthday cake. The hotel has a kids' club. The hammam was gooood!!! It was my birthday, I wanted to wake up feeling glorious; I did.

A wonderful hotel to explore the sights of Marrakesh.

Pros: A beautiful hotel with exceptional service, great food and relaxing atmosphere.

Cons: The cocktail menu could be expanded to include Aperol spritz.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a very good European-style hotel with a good breakfast, a nice pool and an excellent location. The staff were outstanding - friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience!

Cons: It takes a lot of time to clean a room. If you leave for 1-1.5 hours, you may return to find the room still uncleaned, but it is quite usual for such a big hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the city centre

Pros: This Hôtel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was top notch. Rooms were spacious and comfortable . The staff were amazing. Very kind, friendly and accommodating.

Cons: I cannot fault this hotel on anything

Great hotel for families

Pros: greeat hotel with excellent facilities. Ideal stay for a family. The pool was large and spa was really good. I would dewfinately stay there again. Staff were so helpful as well.

Cons: I was happy withy the stay so nothing negative to report.

Beautifull Place with wonderful atmosphere

Pros: Very friendly service from the check-in to the checkout. Everyone from the reception, to the restaurants to the cleaning stuff made you feel special. Room was well organized and with a good size. A very nice guide has been organized on short notice The food at the restaurant had a really good quality - the cook let me test his new creation which was really good

Cons: There is not much to complain. If I would complain about something then it was the wine selection which was not in the best shape and pretty overpriced

Luxury Ryad in Close Proximity to Old Town

Pros: Overall size and layout of rooms / leisure related facilities / efficiency and responsiveness of concierge and staff, spa and fitness facilities

Cons: No hot porridge at breakfast, slightly less closet space than was optimal /

Fantastic experience!

Pros: Your staff surprised me greatly by placing a beautiful birthday cake on the table and scattering rose petals all over the table and bed. It was so romantic! Thank you so much!
