I would definitely book the hotel again

Pros: The hotel location was perfect. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room heating was brilliant and enjoyed the warm water showers as much needed in January with cool temperatures.

Cons: Ordered a room with double bed but was given a room with a single bed. It was still very comfortable

Pros: Super happy with staying at Hotel Islane! Perfect location, we booked it for our first night in Marrakesh. It was easy to find and really close to centrum. Also the staff was super helpful, helped us get a taxi and ask with taxi driver about the price. Breakfast view amazing! Also just by the door there is currency exchange. The room was beautiful and just perfect for short stay. Hope to come back!

Pros: The staff is very friendly. They'll help you call a taxi and negotiate the price (from the airport €20, to the airport €10 with them), they'll tell you where to buy souvenirs and eat, and they'll warn you about places to avoid, especially for women! They will help you choose an interesting excursion. I recommend this hotel to those who aren't looking for luxury and want to live in the heart of Marrakech!

Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent - close to the Djemaa El Fna square and within minutes of the airport bus-stop. It is a good budget hotel. OK, the TV control didn't work and a hot shower wasn't always a given, but my room was very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was served on the terrace from which there was a very good view of the Koutoubia mosque. The breakfast was excellent and filling. The supervisor remembered my name, which was nice. Don't expect 5 star comfort because this is not a 5 star hotel, but it does well what it purports to do. The staff were very helpful and polite at all times. My air conditioning broke down at one point, but was fixed immediately.

Cons: Pity the TV didn't work. Why is there no plug for the bathroom sink? Just a little concerned about the security of the hotel at night.

Pros: Idéalement situé en plein centre de Marrakech près de la vieille ville. Personnel très serviable. La terrasse du petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mosquée et la chaîne de l’Atlas en fond.

Cons: Les fenêtres isolent très mal du bruit de la rue et des appels à la prière de la mosquée de Koutoubia située juste en face.

Pros: Es un hotel cerca de todo, centrico y el personal es atento y servicial
