Sillage Palace Sky & Spa

A wonderful place to stay in Marrakesh !

Pros: Incredible staff. Nothing was too much trouble . Moma on reception was exceptional. Location was safe and within easy walking distance to everything . Lovely to walk through koutubia gardens to get to main square and souks.

Cons: There is a huge difference between the presentation of superior suite rooms . All of similar size but started in dull, soulless room and moved to beautiful garden room .

Pros: Nice and helpful staff. Accomodation was great and with nice roof-top with pool and view over the city. Garden to relax and enjoy tea. Food is great, additional options available, including esoresso, capuccino. Location close to old town but also to the new part of Marrakech, where great and more affordable restaurants are. Located in quiet area with everything in walking distance. We really ejoyed.

Cons: There was a door to another room and we could hear the guests although they were quiet. Buy nothing there was really nothing that bothered us.

Pros: Great location. Just outside the medina but close enough to walk. Clean beautiful with amazing staff and a nice rooftop pool.

Great Location

Pros: It's a great location, walking distance to anything but not in Medina, so it's sometimes better. In a room You can find all of amenities, such as toothpaste, shaving kit etc. Cleaning everyday. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons: I would add a welcome mint tea when the guest arrive and also for the breakfast:) we just love it in Morocco. Also the better breakfast coffee option would be nice.

Location, Residence, Friendly staff & services

Pros: This mansion is a mini luxury palace, with so much elegance, beauty and character. The size of the rooms, the attention to detail - we felt like we were the guests of the King here. It only has 6 suites so felt very homely, quality breakfast and a rooftop pool with the most awesome uninterrupted panoramic views of the pink city and the Atlas Mountains. Within 10 minute walking distance to the Katoubiya minaret and Jemaa el-Fnaa, souks and famous sites. Definitely the best location. The mostly female staff were very kind and respectful. Cons: pool is not heated but on a sunny day it was ok to have a refreshing swim & then sun bathe

Perfect location to rumble around the city

Pros: Staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, room was well laid out and location very handy for the city.

The hotel is quiet so it was very peaceful and restful. Like home away from home

Pros: The location of the breakfast venue was fine, not far from my room. I was also able to find and eat what I required

Cons: The hotel was quiet. When I checked in I did not know how to adjust the climatisation to heat. However on the second day someone showed Otto me and all was very well after that

Pros: The room and bathroom are really spacious. Excellent breakfast, the staff are absolutely brilliant. The doorman Jalal arranged good taxis quickly and at reasonable prices. He and the entire staff were very helpful to the first time visitor. The roof terrace with swimming pool and Atlas mountain view is lovely.

Cons: One male receptionist at the lobby tries to take a tourist to a stuffy shop where they have to buy something to get out.

Beautiful, outstanding and a professional hotel!

Pros: Such a beautiful hotel, with professional staff. Loved the decor of the hotel. Only stayed there for 1 night, but wish I could stay longer. Their relax facilities are amazing! A must stay - if you are in Marrakech!

Cons: The hotel dog, Maya, a Siberian husky, in a little dog crib. Please take care of the animals.

Pros: Great hotel, helpful staff and very close to the centre of town.
