Pros: Beautiful setting, amazing pool, very opulent! Beds super comfy. Staff wonderful.

An oasis of grandeur in the middle of the palm fields.

Pros: We stayed out of season but that didn’t spoil the experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. We booked one of the pavilions with a private pool. Such a beautiful room with great attention to detail in the design. The hammam was incredible, our skin has never felt smoother. We floated out at the end of our detox day.

Pros: Superb hotel; one of the best Relais & Chateau we have stayed. Room was fantastic - decor beautiful; so much attention to detail. Really good gym facilities also. Stunning gardens. Breakfast particularly good. Staff are exceptionally helpful; couldn’t be more helpful. We have loved our stay

Cons: Wasn’t able to book for treatments at the spa as no slots available - would benefit from increase capacity; would also benefit from either heated outdoor pool or indoor pool as we visited in an unusually cool week where the weather was mixed including rain.

Stunning hotel…a stay is a must!

Pros: Stunning hotel. Wonderful staff. Incredible beds. Excellent breakfast! Greet cocktails by the fire. Well equipped gym. Beautiful spa. Lovely grounds.

Cons: Room service was a little slow. We found dinner and the cost of dinner expensive compared to a simialr standard in central Marrakech.

Pros: If I could give six stars, I would ! this place truly became home to us in a brand-new country. What could have been a uncertain situation turned into a comforting and classy experience at this lovely hotel .The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, safe, and cared for in their beautiful country. They was so welcoming and hospitable in ways we never expected. We also can't forget the exceptional service provided by Anthony!

Beautiful hotel with lovely ambience and furnishings but expensive.

Pros: Superb building, pool and gardens. Strong Wifi. Quality products in bathrooms, etc. Very nice food in restaurant. Staff were mostly excellent. The management were swift to resolve issues. Overall, this is a luxury hotel.

Cons: We had a couple of issues during our stay, but everyone tried their best to resolve them and compensate. We felt the room price was expensive, and the food/alcohol even more so. It would have been nice to have an english-speaking TV channel (CNN or BBC World).

Pros: Beautiful overall and stunning rooms. It feels like a special place. Pool area is lovely and the gym was well appointed. Most staff were very good and attentive.

Cons: Restaurant service is a bit slow, breakfast is repetitive. Pool drinks are far too expensive for Marrakech.

Pros: Simply beautiful. A small hotel with every attention to detail and a comprehensive warmth from all staff. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to a return.
