Highly enjoyable. Unquestionably the hotels single greatest asset is its staff each of whom are quite charming

Pros: An oasis of calm, a wonderful place to return to after a visit to the city or a day out exploring

Cons: Nothing. The evening meals were not necessarily to our tastes but that’s a personal issue, not a criticism

Lovely peaceful and relaxing getaway

Pros: beautiful rooms, fantastic food and great staff that are happy to assist you in any way. they also organised our transfer with a baby seat which are hard to come by in Marrakech.

Cons: there was nothing we didn't like! Maybe there could be moroccan cooking classes or other activities that could be charged at an additional fee that you could do on site?

Gorgeous and relaxing traditional-style resort

Pros: This is an exquisite calm and artisan-built resort. It is a quiet and beautiful complex of villas and old buildings with well kept gardens and pools. The food is a delicious blend of Moroccan and western cuisines. The Mediterranean and sushi restaurants have great options for light meals. The attention by the staff is excellent. Our room was beautifully decorated, well built with tradicional arquitecture and excellent materials. Spacious, comfy, warm and cozy. We used the fireplace all day and it was just what the weather and the rainy days asked for. The hammam was a totally relaxing and pleasant experience. We had plenty of time to relax afterwards and the facilities are excellent.

Cons: The WiFi was spotty and only worked in part of the room. The smart tv barely worked on the WiFi as well. There are plenty of small kids and babies in the hotel so, like in our case, we heard a a lot of crying from the room next door. Keep this in mind if you are looking for some adult peace and quiet.

A truly luxurious experience away from the hurly burly of the Medina! Treat yourself

Pros: The absolutely amazing architecture and interior decor, the highly attentive, kind staff, the excellent food. The outside gardens and ground were huge and stunning as was the pool area. The cosy snugs with fireplace in the bar area also gave a homely feel. We had a lovely stay here in this luxurious hotel complete with peacocks in the garden. The free shuttle service into the city was also a huge asset.

Cons: We were there in mid December and we found our room cold and the dining areas cold. There are a few really comfy warm areas you can seek out but in the main the whole hotel and especially our room was cold. The temperatures are low in the mornings and from early evening so make sure to bring warm clothes. I’m not used to eating my breakfast in my coat! Our beautiful Pavillion room would be perfect for most of the year but not the few winter months. Reception did kindly offer to change our room but after two nights we were settled and did not have the energy for this. The floor tiles were very cold and radiators tiny, generating next to no heat. The bathroom was also cold. The hot/ cold taps in the shower were extremely complicated and I almost burned myself. Instructions are definitely required!!
