Amazing Riad experience with fabulous 5 star staff
Pros: This Riad is an idyllic paradise inside the main door, and it gives you a real flavour of a typical riad in Marrakech. The staff were amazing - Taoufiq particularly was fantastic and went out of his way to help us in so many ways. Amin the manager helped us co-ordinate some trips and tours and they were brilliant. The roof terrace and the smaller higher area are fantastic and you feel a million miles away from the busy-ness of the city.
Cons: The Riad is located at the end of the medina which can be an assault on the senses. It is a bit of a journey to get in and out (alongside some derelict building sites/lots of stray cats) and unless you are able to and are not phased by walking the length of the medina to get to the main areas, then it's a taxi ride anywhere, which is easily arranged by the staff, but still involves logistics, especially when trying to return! I definitely wouldn't recommend for those that are unsteady on their feet or can't walk far. The food in the Riad whilst hugely tasty was a bit of a hit and a miss. Breakfast was included and was excellent. There is a fully detailed menu for lunch and dinner and needed ordered in advance. Even doing that, we found many of the dishes were unavailable and while we were able to get alcoholic drinks, they weren't regularly able to be served and we had to wait some time for them, it felt as if the staff had to go somewhere else to source them! We completely understand and respect that alcohol is not part of the berber culture, however if you offer it on a menu, it ought to be available.

Very relaxing, wonderful staff, a privilege to stay.
Pros: The room was beautiful, spacious and like our home. The centre of the Riad was traditional and relaxed. It was very calm and quiet. The breakfast area on level 3 was loverly in the mornings.
Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Because the sun is hot, in contrast to the pool was very cool. But was beautiful too

Pros: The Riad is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Medina but we always enjoyed it because there is so much to experience along the way. We never would have visited this part of Medina had we not been staying there. We always felt perfectly safe in daylight or night time, the people are so lovely. Staff at the Riad are so very considerate.and professional.

Great hotel
Pros: All of the Staff were amazing , gave me all the information I needed and they will come and get you from the gate. Breakfast was different everyday with local pastries. Lovely to dip in the pool and you get the sun all day if you want to sun bathe. Good location away from the craziness of the main Medina , I walked alone most nights and felt pretty safe by myself. It’s a 20 Minute walk to the main square. WiFi was great, although no tea / coffee facilities in the room if you care about that - but you can get it from the roof so no problem.
Cons: Can I make a comment on your parrots. I can see they are healthy, but The birds need a bigger cage for the amount of birds you have in there, they also need toys and games as parrots are very intelligent and more different sized branches for their feet.

Einfach perfekt!.
Pros: I absolutely loved staying at this Riad and cannot wait to come back again soon, hopefully! The breakfast was excellent and clearly prepared with a lot of love and care. The mint tea was the best I had during my entire stay in Marrakech. The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. We felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay and will truly miss the wonderful time we had there. The beautiful décor, peaceful atmosphere, and the warm hospitality made this Riad feel like a home away from home. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech — you will not be disappointed!

Already stated, what a wonderful traditional experience in the lovely Riad, 100% fantastic value.
Pros: The Staff were quite simply Fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble , a very Special thank you to Tofiq, Hechim and Yousiff. These guys are quite simply THE BEST MARRAKESH HAVE TO OFFER. The quality of the Riad far exceeded any others available with a the pool being on the rooftop was an extra bonus. All the staff could not do anything more to accommodate us in our stay, truly wonderful, sweet lovely people, us Brits need to take lessons from these people. The locals are the streets, and in the bazaars simply stop offer you help to find your way around if looking confused about directions with no begging or requests for money at any time. Very very friendly people in all of Marrakesh. Bargins galore, try and pay for everything in cash where possible. A truly lovely short break. The very best Restaurants by far are the amazing Le Pegloa, Grand Bazar, Le Marrackhi and Das Emmaas complete with Belly Dancers, authentic musicians and Cabaret show. Amazing….
Cons: Location was a little too far out from the Main Square but that is no one’s fault, nor a poor refection of any kind on the Riad. Not a great location for elderly or nervous people who might benefit staying in the New part of the city but if it’s traditional Marrakesh you want then this Riad Razala is 100% the one to choose. Suburbs from the Riad to the main square are very basic but we never felt threatened and always safe at all times.
