Lovely hospitality in the heart of Marrakech
Pros: This property has a great ratio of value for money. It is extremely well located in the Medina, very close to the main points of a attraction and still far enough from the busy streets. They offer great pick up service from the airport, including carrying your luggages and making sure you get to the right Riad (which would be more tricky if simply taking a random cab). Breakfast is simple and delicious, very local, in traditional style.
Cons: Keep in mind that January gets pretty cold at night and the Moroccan homes are built strategically to be kept cold due to very hot summers. The bad part about it is that their way of building homes is so good that in winter time is it also very cold inside. The only way of heating up is using the AC (and many blankets).

Perfect stay
Pros: The Riad is beautifully decorated as is the room. Lovely 'swimmingpool' although it was too cold for us to use it. Very close to the main square, Demaa el Fna and close to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast was not in the Riad but in a restaurant. The walk is no problem, it is very close but it was overcrowded. You had to que to get breakfast. Things ran out all the time but were replaced quickly. Tomatoes and cucumbers served on a plate instead of a bowl as it was nearly impossible to scoop people used their hands. Music (on a mobile phone) way too loud.

Authentic, close to everything riad
Pros: Authentic and so well situated within the medina. The rooftop was lovely . We felt extremely safe as they had cctv and someone always on reception
Cons: There were many stairs to our room which was ok for us but maybe challenging for others The breakfast was limited but nice

Positive experience with a family of four
Pros: Very helpful staff (lovely cooks and receptionist) and the riad looks wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, it starts after 8 am, a few things change every morning. Most of the food was made in front of our room in a small kitchen. The rooftop is great to see the city's skyline. The pool is a great feature, although it is not heated, only usable during hot weather. Without the receptionist's help, it is difficult to find the hotel first, would recommend the transfer from the airport (25€) at a late night arrival.

Gorgeous, rustic Moroccan riad. Central location, quiet, with very helpful/friendly staff.
Pros: The riad decor was gorgeous, clean and felt truly Morrocan. The included breakfast was so delicious that we're still thinking about it.
Cons: The shower sprayed onto the floor infront of the toilet. Really not an issue just the bathmat got very wet.

Ideal location for discovering the old town, just 5 mins walk from the medina yet so quiet and peace
Pros: Ideal location for discovering the old town, just 5 mins walk from the medina yet so quiet and peaceful. Room was very comfortable. We didn’t manage to get the TV working but fortunately had iPad with us for chill out in evenings. Breakfast was very tasty with typical Moroccan eggs, bread and mint tea and coffee always served up to us with a very friendly lady. Evening reception staff were very helpful particularly the young gentleman on our first night.
Cons: Everything was perfect

An excellent riad to stay in!
Pros: The Riad was very central and in walking distance of the main square, the markets and many restaurants and cafés. It was lovely inside, with clean rooms and a nicely cooked breakfast served on the terrace. The pool was lovely to cool down in, but bear in mind it felt cold. All the staff were very friendly, and ready to answer any of our questions. They arranged a taxi there before we arrived and then a taxi back to the airport, as well as an excursion for us. The breakfast consisted of traditional Moroccan food with eggs, pastries, bread and orange juice and was made on our arrival each morning. We stayed in a family room which had plenty of space for the four of us and looked over the central courtyard. The reception is available 24 hours a day too which is helpful.
Cons: There is not much we did not like. Things that would make the experience better would be the availability of tea and coffee outside of breakfast to enjoy on the terrace. We did not know there was an additional terrace to the breakfast one until the last day so we did not get to use that much which was a pity. If we were going to be picky, the water at times in the shower was not warm enough, but it is Morocco and the water is not abundant! Be aware, the safes in the room do not work.
