We had a very pleasant stay.
Pros: Warm welcome, beautiful riad, friendly staff, delicious Moroccan tea that you can always ask for, and a lovely rooftop. Nice breakfast. Perfect location near the old town. Everything was good. We would definitely recommend this riad.
Cons: Bathroom has no shelves to place things, the hair dryer was not working and was repeatedly put back instead of being replaced. At the spa, you can only use the (shallow) swimming pool. The pillows were quite hard. For a family of three, the duplex was a bit small, with basically only enough space for the beds.

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous riad in great location. We loved the breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Spa looked lovely as well, but we didn't have time to use it this time.

Pros: Great location, the riad itself is pretty. The junior suite is comfortable and spacious enough for a riad.
Cons: Had mentioned we were coming for our Honeymoon, and had also emailed in advance but the staff were unaware. The terrace pool is shut down.

Pros: Nice location, just 7 min walk to the souqs. Good property decor and ambience, especially the spa/ hammam place. Nice view of snow capped atlas mountains from terrace.
Cons: Had booked a dupleix room as 3 people. A bit cramped and small especially the 1st floor level which has double bed. Found room door open when came back to room, though all appeared ok.

This Riad has excelled my expectations and Icant wait to come back with my friends
Pros: The location was perfect for a solo traveller exploring the Medina. Close enough to walk to most attractions but not too close to the busy centre. The Spa was what attracted me as I wanted to relax after long days crossing the Atlas Mountains. The ladies at the Spa were very accommodation and my skin has never felt this good.
Cons: The aesthetics and decoration is clean and fresh. It really feels like an Oasis in the Medina.

Lovely place would come back.
Pros: The staff was lovely. The place was clean and the local was amazing, we are in the heart of the city.
Cons: The property did have electricity issues, the light went out for 20 minutes on two separate days. However the staff did their best to fix the problem and they offered a complimentary spa.
