Attentive staff, beautiful riad, great central location.

Pros: Beautiful atrium, light and airy. Superb dining area at the top of the property where a delicious breakfast is served. Staff are wonderful- polite, respectful and friendly. Lovely rooftop pool and sun terrace. Warm room (February) with climate control. Wonderfully deep comfortable bed. Huge walk-in shower with lashings of hot water!

Cons: Nothing.

Very nice staff, very good location - near the souks (shops and restaurants) and near the wall.

Pros: Very helpfull staff, always willing to help and to make the experience seamless. The staff was able to solve our problems, but it took 2 nights... Hotel location is very good, not in the middle of the noisy area, but just a few steps away.

Cons: We stayed in room 12 and there was a AC conduct just opposite the headboard that was very noisy especially during the night. If you, by chance, get room 12, ask to turn off the AC during the night. The surface of the area near the pool is very slippery.

Absolutely perfect

Pros: This is a beautiful Riad, and spotlessly clean. The staff are all amazing and the location is perfect for a city break in Marrakech

Pros: The riad is beautiful,and a quiet oasis a moment away from the craziness of the medina. The rooftop is just wonderful and the breakfast is fresh, healthy and so tasty. Bed was so comfy

Pros: Beautyful Riad, inspiring and authentic. Pictures of the lobby and terrace do not do it justice. Lovely and very peaceful terrace for breakfast and lunch/dinner/ hang out. Everything is newly renovated and clean. Team and management are taking very good care of everyone. We used the spa twice and loved the team there as well. Location is dead central, entrance is a charming a adventurous back street, love it and felt safe all the time. Lobby staffed 24/7 to welcome us back home every time...

Cons: One of our rooms faced a (inner) street w standard commotion until about 9PM, afterwards and way into the AM hours absolute quiet...

Hidden Gem

Pros: A fabulous Riad, ideally located right next to the souks, yet still peaceful and quiet The breakfast was very, very good! And the staff went above and beyond to make your experience perfect

Perfect.

Pros: Amazing riad in the heart of the action! Wonderful staff who were very kind and helpful. The location is fantastic and close to everything. Cannot fault it and hope to return one day. Thank you for looking after us and for making our time in Marrakech so memorable and comfortable.

Cons: Having to leave!

Pros: All facilities were clean and of a very good standard. The main selling point of the Riad is the service. Every staff member was helpful and overly nice to us, even learning our names and what we like for breakfast.

Pros: The staff is definitely the highlight of the riad. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, providing tips on what activities I should do around the city as well as what to look out for and how to get to different places. The riad also provides meals all throughout the day, with a nice rotating breakfast menu all included in the price (only breakfast, but I had a reasonably priced lentil soup which was delicious). It's super close to a medina gate, which means that for activities you have a nice pickup spot.

Amazing

Pros: All the areas of the rooms and building were spotlessly clean. All the staff were so incredibly helpful and very kind. Gislain and the Manager were amazing. I can highly recommend the Hamman and massage. Wonderful! The location is great. Central to the souk. You will have a fantastic stay here.
