The most wonderful staff and location

Pros: I have never stayed at any hotel where I felt more cared for. The staff went out of their way to help and were considerate at all times. The food was super and the room stunning. The location is fantastic and the airport transfers seamless. I would never stay anywhere else in Marrakesh.

Cozy and elegant riad with top-notch service

Pros: We just loved everything: our room, the beautiful roof terraces, the wonderful restaurant and most importantly the whole staff (Oussama, Youssef, Khaled, Ahmed, lovely housekeeping ladies and many more). It's a peaceful oasis in the medina and perfect place to escape the busy alleys of the souks. Many restaurants and rooftop bars at a walking distance not to mention the souk and various shops just round the corner.

Cons: Simply liked everything

Pros: We had a great stay! The personnel, the breakfast and service was outstanding. We felt very taken care of. The place is extremely beautiful and peaceful, our room (Sultan Suite) was very comfortable, spacious and decorated with thoughtful details. I will come back for sure, the whole experience was incredible.

Wonderful stay and I recommend the restaurant.

Pros: The riad is beautiful and spacious, and it has preserved its original design. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very welcoming. You can rest in calm after the buzz of the city. A big plus is the restaurant, which serves excellent food. The reception team are very friendly and always eager to find solutions.

An incredibly special place in the best location in the medina.

Pros: The most beautiful oasis in the best location in the Medina. It is like staying in a museum - very colonial and plush amongst lush interior gardens and stunning roof terraces with the best views in Marrakech!

Cons: Old properties experience technical issues sometimes but when an issue was pointed out it was fixed so promptly we didn't even notice.

Pros: Incredible hotel and staff! really recommend it and the location is perfect

Pros: Everything. The staff were excellent. Special mentions for the desk manager Ahmed and the breakfast server Ousmann.

Wonderful Riad in a Great location!!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Excellent rooms, comfy bed and spacious. Wonderful riad with amazing garden, pool and terraces.

Cons: You have to walk to the riad, taxi's can't get close to the door, so if you struggle walking with suitcases/bags then maybe choose a different hotel.

Pros: Absolutely stunning riad, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, wonderful facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful and could not have done more for us. Breakfast was amazing, I wish we’d had supper there as it also looked fabulous. Fabulous location in the heart of the Medina. All in all I would highly recommend this beautiful riad!

Cons: There was not one thing I didn’t like, I loved everything.

Amazing location

Pros: Lots of space, only 5 rooms and large quiet public areas and terraces. Attentive staff. Incredible ambience.

Cons: Nothing to fault.
