Pros: Our stay at this riad was absolutely wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One detail that really stood out was that on the day we had to leave very early in the morning for an excursion, they kindly prepared breakfast for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely choose this riad again without hesitation.✨✨

Pros: Everything was great, many thanks to Mubarak. He is very kindly and professional, they answer to any of our questions about our staying. The crew was great and also may thanks to cleaners, they clean our room every day and pack our clothes which one is rare habit.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect. Maybe the only thing is to have slippers at the room

Pros: The room was very spacious, staff were cleaning the room daily. The person at the reception was very nice and kind.
Cons: The bed was a bit too firm. Breakfast was good, but mainly sweet. They change one dish daily, usualy the savoury one. You get an egg or cream cheese.

Perfect stylish riad in the middle of Marrakesh
Pros: The location is great! Very central and it’s very peaceful once inside. The roofdeck is the absolute highlight with great views where it feels like a peaceful escape from hectic Marrakesh. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It can be a bit noisy at night because of the next door roofdeck bar. But honestly we enjoyed it while we were on the roofdeck as well and at night it didn’t bother us so much. Might have been more present because we had to family room which was on the roof. Probably less when you have one of the inside rooms.

Lovely little riad, clean and a little peaceful haven.
Pros: Mubarak, the young man that seemed to be on duty all the time, was always very friendly and polite. It was lovely to be greeted with a smile. Room was nice and traditional, and very clean. Breakfast on the nice rooftop was fabulous, and set us up for the day. Room was spacious for 3 people.
Cons: We did find it a little strange that the bathroom wall was open at the top, but managed to live with it.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here! The Riad’s location is spot-on — close to everything, and it always felt really safe walking around. The rooms were sparkling clean, the beds super comfy, and the whole place had such a chic, welcoming feel. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a daily highlight — generous, tasty, and the view made it even better! The staff were all so kind and helpful, and we treated ourselves to a spa session at their sister property — my second spa experience in Marrakech and easily the best one yet. Thanks for such a lovely stay — we felt totally at home. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Marrakech!
Cons: There was a bit of confusion with the pick up from the airport. It was easy however to get a cab for about £12 one way.

A beautiful oasis in the heart of medina
Pros: We love that the riad is centrally located, yet very peaceful. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, clean, and the beds comfy. The staff are wonderful and very attentive- we would specially like to thank Mubarak for assisting us with everything -from transfers to excursions, to explanations about Moroccan life and culture- we appreciate it. We also loved the view from the rooftop, it's very special in the morning and in the evening. We would definitely stay here again. Much love to the whole team at Riad Hissan!
