Pros: The staff was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed during our trip. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was located in the heart of the old city, very close to many attractions.

Cons: You could not freely enter through the main entrance (you had to ring the bell every time). Our room was by the entrance, so we could hear other people ringing the bell at night.

Pros: Writing this review with total honesty just to say thank you to the Riad for the amazing hospitality. Honestly, best choice I’ve ever made on Booking. The staff was awesome. Farid and Sofiane (hope I’m writing his name correctly, i’m sorry if i’m not) were super kind and you could really tell it was genuine, not just “because it’s their job”. The Riad is a real peaceful oasis in the middle of a crazy city, with 24/7 access to the rooftop where we loved chilling, day and night. Perfect location, just a 5mins walk from the main square. Room was spotless, cleaned perfectly every day. Breakfast was amazing and super generous: sweet, savory, fruit, hot drinks and fresh orange juice. One of those rare places where you get real quality and real care. Huge thanks to Farid and Sofiane, we’re sorry if we weren’t the easiest guests :) , but they were absolutely amazing.

Cons: Nothing at all! Everything was perfect.

Cons: The breakfast spread was generous (consisting of a selection of different breads, jams, yoghurt, tea/coffee & orange juice) - but would have liked a simple egg option i.e. omelette/fried/boiled. The spread, for us, was just too bread heavy and sweet/sugar forward.

Pros: The staff were absolutely excellent. Extremely hospitable and helped out no matter what! Rooms were beautifully clean each day we came back from activities. The staff member who welcomed us on to the property went the extra mile for us in every aspect.

A true gem

Pros: This hotel is a true gem in Marrakesh! The staff are incredibly welcoming and their hospitality exceeded all my expectations—just like the warmth of everyone in the city. The riad is spotless, and the breakfast is delicious, with plenty of traditional breads to enjoy. Don’t be intimidated by the street leading to the riad. It might look a bit shady at first, but I never had any issues and felt completely safe, both day and night. A big thank you to the entire team! When I return to Marrakesh, I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone planning a visit.

Beautiful Riad with friendly service

Pros: Wonderful service by Momo, Sufia and team. Beautiful Riad with lots of lovely touches. Yummy breakfast. Great central location close to Jemaa el-Fnaa but quiet in the immediate surroundings.

Cons: The bed was hard and showering wasn’t the best experience because the head didn’t stand up and water pressure often dipped.
