Pros: The Riad was fantastic and Jawed was a fantastic host if anything came up he sorted right away and he helped us book excursions which were absolutely amazing.

Pros: The services was excellent. I appreciate Jawad, he was always helpful and kind. For me and my family kindness rates above and beyond the facilities provided. We felt comfortable throughout our stay.

Cons: I wish the dining area was indoors during the cold weather.

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was very clean, and upstairs there is a beautiful terrace with cats:) We hope to come back one day.

Cons: The water in the shower is warm, but the water pressure is really quite low.

Jawad and Edward made our short break one of the best trips

Pros: The hotel was fabulous, the staff were outstanding, Jawad and Edward (our nickname for him) were absolutely amazing, they would be the reason we would stay at the hotel again, their knowledge and advise was invaluable

Fabulous stay

Pros: My stay here was 10/10 and more than what I expected considering how affordable it was. The Riad is clean and has great facilities. The breakfast was also lovely. Special thanks to Jawad for making the stay memorable and helping me with everything I needed. He went above and beyond! Please try the hammam & spa if you come to stay! It’s also a great location!

Pros: The Riad is really beautiful, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is really nice.

Cons: If you go, you need it write in google maps “The Arabic House” and it will lead you to a right address, otherwise, if you copy the adress from booking it leads you to a wrong point on the main street where a lot of people approche you to help you find an exact street (which is not next to that point) but two streets inside, and they will ask money for it, where host do not do anything about it when they see locals doing it. Also part of the walk towards central part of Medina, like 10 minutes, gets you unsafe feeling, which is not the same with riads that are located in more norther part.
