Magical riad, suitable for swimming

Pros: It was super nice! The Riad was magical with the garden and the pool. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Location very good, nice neighbourhood. Also the breakfast that was included was very nice.

Cons: The only thing that wasn’t ideal was that the flush in the toilet didn’t work fully well

Pros: Everyone in the riad was exceptionally friendly! At checkin we were explained in details about the riad and the medina and got recommendations for everything in the city with welcome tea. The room was rly nice and the view from the rooftop was incredible. Choosing this riad definitely contributed to a huge part of the satisfaction of this trip.

Wonderful hospitality and beautiful Riad in a quiet area

Pros: My husband and I just returned from Marrakesh and I rarely write reviews but Riad Roxanne has made this trip unforgettable. From the moment we booked the communication was impressive. From arranging dinners to booking our transfer from airport on arrival and our trip to Outrika valley and Atlas Mountains. The staff in the Riad really go beyond and above to make you feel welcomed and looked after in every way. They even came looking for us on our first day as got lost in the medina. The lovely cooks are so skilled. From their breakfasts to their authentic Moroccan meals made from local ingredients. The Riad is beautiful, full of character and clean. A massive thank you to all the staff whose hospitality has left us wanting to return some day. See you all soon ☺️

Cons: There are some minor issues who other customers have already addressed but these are all fixable if approached so I’m sure they will fix it. We had a problem with the door to our bedroom. They immediately gave us another room for the night and fixed the door the next day, so with communication it will be resolved.

Pros: The guys who run it are very courteous and kind – the location is central and very convenient.

Cons: The property needs maintenance. In the room, the air conditioner wasn’t working and one of the lights was out. The dining area was open, and since it was winter, we were forced to have dinner in the cold. There was no hairdryer in the room.
