Pros: We had a great stay at Mustapha’s Riad Les 5 Soeurs in Marrakesh. Although there was a small communication hiccup when we first arrived, it was quickly resolved. He was very welcoming and helpful, sharing local tips that made our visit better. The room was a good size, well decorated (and comes w a hairdryer). Beautiful place. They served a hearty breakfast every morning and also offered laundry services. The road was easy to access, and a good base for exploring the city. Overall, Mustapha is a warm host who genuinely cares about his guests — we appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay again.

Overall excellent
Pros: We really liked how clean and comfortable our room was and the riad in general. Our host was super helpful and cooperative. The breakfast was also very okay. The location is also close to main roads and taxis.
Cons: We would suggest putting more soap for the shower.

The perfect host made our stay wonderful in this beautiful traditional Riad in Marrakech!
Pros: This is a beautiful Riad, a calm haven tucked away from the busy streets of Marrakech. The Riad was charming, clean and comfortable with Mustapha being the perfect host. We were welcomed by Mustapha at the gate and escorted to his lovely Riad. He made our trip perfect, offering advice and guidance on navigating the busy streets of Marrakech. He organised excursions for us and escorted us to the pick up point ensuring we got on the correct transport. We don’t speak the language and found this really helpful! Mustapha made sure we felt at home in his Riad offering the best mint tea (we tried a few and non compared) and crucial advice for a safe and enjoyable experience in Marrakech. It was our first time visiting and without his support and guidance we would have been literally lost. We would highly recommend a stay at Riad Les 5 Soeurs and if we return we would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The only down side to the property was the street noise, however given the beautiful structure of a traditional Moroccan Riad I’m unsure how this could be avoided and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay! Marrakech is a vibrant and busy city so noise is to be expected. However, I imagine the noise levels would be even greater staying closer to the Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. This Riad was a 20 minute walk away from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, which was fine for us. It is located close to the Bab Aylan gate perfect for airport transport and excursion pick ups.

Fantastic find, comfortable room and lovely hosts!
Pros: Despite being close to a busy lane, the Riad was always quiet. The quaint little courtyard was covered, yet still trapped a little sun and heat, and felt very bright and airy. It’s a short walk to the Jemaa El-Fnaa and there’s a lot of shops and stalls nearby. Our host was helpful, and always available either at the Riad or over the phone, and full of lots of helpful tips for the area.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked in the property. However, on the original listing it describes the room as having a bath, which is did not.
