Pros: The Riad is very intimate and everyone makes you feel like home. The bedroom are really beautiful and the breakfast was really good. Habib the manager help us and suggest us what to see in marrakech. Consider that it is inside the narrow streets of the medina so it may be impressive to those who are not expecting it, but this enriches the experience even more.

A great Riad in Marrakech

Pros: The staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and had nice décor. The breakfast was tasty, varied and a good size. The transfer that was organised by the Riad was really smooth and the driver was friendly. I would recommend staying at this Road, me and my wife had a lovely 2 night stay, where we were well looked after and the communication was excellent.

Cons: Nothing.

Attentive, flexible staff

Pros: The host/hostesses were very attentive and helpful to our needs. One hostess in particular was extra kind in lending me a coat and providing extra heaters when we got very wet. Flexible with breakfast times for early starts. Couldn't recommend staff enough

Cons: Big shower head threw water everywhere so avoided using but the little alternative was absolutely fine. Something fresh for breakfast would have been an bonus. Perhaps some clearer signage but I think had I read texts the host had intended to meet us

Pros: Owner could not have done more for us. Organised a taxi pick up from the Airport. Very welcoming.

Fantastic hospitality.

Pros: Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and linen and the staff were absolutely unbelievable. They were so generous when I was sick and when it was my birthday, going out of their way to make me feel special and looked after.

Cons: Slightly too far from the main square but was close enough to a main gate to get taxis around the city

Pros: Location was good, staff was cooperative, especially Habib and Zainab. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Walls were not sound proof. To much noise when someone walks on upper floor or going through stairs. Muslim shower should be there in toilet.

Pros: The host Habib and the rest of the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. They welcomed us and treated us like family, and made sure that all our needs were met. The location was good and easy to find. Will definitely recommend it.
